After waiting over a hour to be seen for my cleaning and exam, I did not get my cleaning which was the main reason for me making the appointment, I was told that because it was 2:35 that I couldn't get anything done because the hygienist had a wedding to get to. The woman who I spoke to when I made the appointment scheduled me for just a exam when I told her twice that I wanted a cleaning as well. I also noticed that there was someone waiting in the lobby to seen didn't even get a chance to go in the back, she was told that she had to reschedule her appointment. They staff waa a hour behind schedule. If you have prior engagements before you agree to work on a Saturday then don't work on a Saturday. I was beyond upset when I left the office.

First time visiting for a general cleaning was today, must say I was more than impressed. The place is clean with a welcoming atmosphere. From the front desk to dental hygienist and the dentist himself. I appreciate their professionalism and mannerism, it was one of a kind and greatly appreciated. I recommend to anyone looking for a dentist in this area. Southfield location, preferably. Never been to the other locations.

Auburn Hills: Aggressive in rushing through scheduling. Minimal Customer Service for new patients at first impression. Not fond of having to answer questions. I would think a those supervising my dental care would like to be prepared. You guys didn't even request my dental records before my appointment. So you wasted almost two weeks. I have a cyst, a swollen cheek and my tooth is developing a hole in the back of my jaw. I can barely open my mouth to use a straw. I wouldnt recommend anyone to seek emergency dental care from any of you doctors at this point. Southfield YOU HAVE YET TO RETURN MY VOICEMAIL

Great with my 3 year old, who is scared of going to the dentist. Also, my daughter that has autism. Super nice, accommodating and prompt staff!

This place was clean! & so nice inside, the hygienist was AMAZING! She didn't hurt me at all & when I tell you I have been to dental offices where the hygienist constantly pokes my gums or flosses & slams down, I hate the dentist but this girl was great! I'm not ever going anywhere else. The doctor also was really nice. Definitely recommend coming here.

I usually go to their other office in Auburn Hills, but I'm definitely switching and staying at the Southfield one. It was soooooo much better! The hygienist even seemed personable, at auburn hills everyone seems irritated & they don't care about the patients.... The dentist was nice as well. Recommend this office.

It's always a pleasure at New You Dental. Top of the line and state of the art equipment. Dr. Cobb was amazing at their new Southfield location. Everyone there knows how to serve all the while being very professional and spreading joy. I would highly recommend.
