This place is amazing and should be 5 stars! I was looking for a new dentist and I was told about New You dental and they definitely did not disappoint! I truly feel like a new me! Moose was very friendly and informative and was Very thorough with my cleaning! After he gave me the mirror and I saw what he did, I saw a huge improvement and actually like my smile again! Debbie came and checked my teeth when moose was done, and she was also very sweet and personable! They Both made me feel comfortable and at home! Thank you New You dental!!

Came here because i needed a tooth pulled. Was in office Wednesday and since i had to be on antibiotics they could not pull it until Friday. Unfortunately when I arrived on Friday at 2pm after rushing from work they had already sent the dentist home. Debbie the office manager was insisting it was too soon to pull my tooth anyway. Even though it had been set up by the dentist and i had an appointment card. Now i have to find a new dentist at 2 pm on a friday to pull my tooth. They did not have any other resources to offer me for my pain. They are unorganized to the max and unprofessional and apparently debbie the manager has more dental advice to offer than the actual dentist. This office is a joke.

This place is terrible, do not go there, they overcharge you They call your insurance and tell you what the insurance will pay and what your portion is, so I agreed to what my portions would be and paid it. Now they are telling me that my insurance is not paying what they told me and want to charge m e more. I have proof of what they wrote on my paper that was my balance. They change help there so often you get someone different each time. the person that called the ins. when I was there is no longer there,. do not go there unless you get them to sign a paper as what they plan on charging you before you agree to a procedure or else they change you more. I FOUND OTHER PLACES THAT LET YOU KNOW UP FRONT WHAT YOUR PORTION OF BILL IS BEFORE YOU AGREE TO TREATMENT Not charge you more after you sign for treatment, had I known up front would not have had the procedure done as was way to expensive. So please get everything in writing from them and have them sign it before you agree.

My first time here was yesterday and I was not in a good mood at all. Let's just say everything that could go wrong went wrong. But the staff was so amazing and I was educated and I'm confident on my treatment plan moving forward. I think I really found my true dental home. I had no issues at all.

Dr Demi is wonderful!! Her staff is great. What a team. I came in with major problems and they did a magnificent job. My teeth are beautiful now. This is my new home!

Beware, this is a terrible chain. They charged me for work never performed. I am due a refund from January and 8 moths later the Regional Manager Tonna keeps lying and saying the check is in the mail. But the girls at the office say I am still showing a credit on my account. Also let me know that if there was a credit issued my balance would be 0. This was after the dentist did such a shotty crown which caused me to have to have a root canal. STAY AWAY, DO NOT LET THEM EXPIRMENT ON YOUR MOUTH AT YOUR COST!!deg

If you can avoid this location take my advice and avoid it like the plague. They will find ways to charge your insurance multiple times for procedures and some of the workers are rude

I came into the office with the intention of getting my tooth pain fixed. I paid 3000 dollars to the receptionist. Before I paid they were very nice to me ...as soon as they got their money they became very unhelpful and mean and wanted to send me to other dr office for care without knowing anything about where they are sending me and why. They also gave me an ultimatum of removing my tooth if I didn't go to other office. Don't recommend going here and my tooth is still infected. Horrible experience

Every time I go in there they try and say I owe them money. Then I have to spend time proving I don't. Today while getting an extraction they broke off the crown I just got from them last year. Now they want another 475.00 to fix it. I feel like I am being punked. This cannot be how dentist work. I'm poor so the tooth will have to stay broken. Thanks new you.

I went in for a deep cleaning and my hygienist Moose was great! He walked me through everything he was going to do and he gave tidbits throughout my visit. He told me how he deals with some similar issues. I'm glad I found this office and everyone up front is pleasant is great too! You guys ROCK!!

First impressions are everything. The first things they state on the phone pertains to dental emergencies. Yet They don't answer the phone. Do you not open the office until 9? Unprofessional to arrive to unlock your doors at 9 and your supposed to be open and ready for patients at 9. I'm going to find more attentive medical staff to handle my dental surgery. No longer trust you guys to be prompt about my treatment.

I had a dental emergency while visiting from Atlanta. They were able to see me in a timely manner. Took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. From the receptionist through the dental assistant right up to the doctor everything was first class and top-notch. Thank you!

This was my first time at this dentist office the staff was excellent and the dentist dr. Kazanis did a excellent job this is the first time that I didn't experience pain after getting a tooth pulled I would highly recommend this dentist office hats off to you .

New You Dental in Livonia is a great place for the entire family. The staff are extremely courteous and the most we've ever waited to be seen was 10 mins. We have come at different dates and times and the outcome has always been the same. Dr. Kazanis is so good and explains all procedures in detail. She is very knowledgeable and looks out for the patient's best interest. Karma is absolutely outstanding and knowledgeable as well. She makes you feel like part of the family. I feel so comfortable when I go to their office. They make sure you feel welcomed. They both were so patient and comforting to my little one. I refer this Dental office, especially those that fear the dentist. They are exemplary and try to work with you financially. I'm so thrilled I finally found a great Dental office for me and my family.

Dr. Kazanis is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. She and her entire team are polite, knowledgeable and patient. She explains everything and gave me all my options. Ive been so happy with all my appointments. Doctor even called me in the evening to check on me after I got some teeth pulled that day. She knows her stuff and works well with dental nurses. She can help you with anything. I recommend NEW YOU! Thank you Dr. Kazanis and God Bless you.
