I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had to wait 30 minutes in the lobby after my scheduled appointment time had passed. I then was supposed to get 4 wisdom teeth removed but they did not have the proper equipment so only 3 was removed. The doctor had already cut my gums on that side. The stitches in my mouth where so long they where poking me causing discomfort. During the surgery I chocked several times because the assistant who had the suction did not do a good job. The doctor even had to tell her to be faster. After my surgery the office never put in my prescription so I had to go a whole day in pain with no meds to help. In addition to all this they only allow Saturday appointments for some reason.

Shocking customer service and attitude. After waiting over a month for an available appointment I get called a few hours before to say my appointment, as the oral hygienist is sick which I understand, but they offer no solution or offer to fit me in, this is unacceptable as they are the ones who cancelled on me. The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Would avoid

Called while they said they were open (and were not) requesting a call back which I never received. Was trying to get in for a dental emergency.

Lovely staff, as painless of a process as dental work can be. Pricing is reasonable without insurance.
