Wish I could give 0 stars. My boyfriend went there to get dentures they were going to pull all his teeth once the dentures were ready. It's now been 2 months and he still doesn't have teeth but we have been there multiple time for multiple appointments for them to just talk to him and do nothing. Today he had an appointment to pick his dentures up and we even called to make sure he was getting them and they said he was. He gets there they put the dentures in his mouth and decided to send them back for adjustments which they do there so now he has to wait another 2 weeks to get them.

**Keep in mind that they also enter you a chance to win $200 if you leave a good review on google!** When I first started going to this Dentist in the summer of 2021, the staff was fantastic, I could not speak higher about everyone who worked there, From the people working on my teeth to the ladies working the front desk. Then in September 2021 my daughter had her first ever appointment and the original hygienist (the appointment was with) no longer was at this location. The new one did fine. But the doctor then cared about us, and made a real dental plan we could actually do! She gave me hope.. but when we went back this spring (2022) The entire staff was different, My husbands appointment was canceled because no hygienist was there to do the cleaning, they said they would call back. We never received a call to make another appointment. They told me they were going to call me to go over the work I needed done... No one called. All I am saying is maybe give them 6 months to a year to turn their staff back over!

Messed up my dental claim through insurance. Dentist who done the work was different than who signed off on the work. They didn't send the correct codes, x-rays, or PA for my insurance company. After going back and fourth with them and having a pending claim they called me to let me know if I didn't pay it would be sent to collections and go against my credit score so I needed to come in with a cash payment. I contacted my insurance company and they told me it was illegal for them to do I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Ms. Bahareh Moradi was the worst dentist I have encountered. I had a dentist appointment for a broken crown and I've never meant a dentist that didn't introduce themselves to a patient. I literally had to ask her who she was. She really seems to strongly dislike her job as a dentist or dislike her life as a person. I wouldn't want any family member especially a child to be seen by her. Her assistant who took my x-ray seems to have the same kind of energy on her as well. They're both very low vibrating people. I was informed that she has no bedside manners, which to me is an excuse for a rude unhappy person to still practice dentistry in that office. I rescheduled with another dentist that the ladies upfront said was a very nice male dentist that I would definitely like but I canceled because if her behavior is acceptable in that office then people are comfortable with it and I don't want to patronize a business that accepts that. The ladies at the front in the office area were really nice..just wish someone would've given me a heads up since they all seem to be familiar with her behavior and were not surprised by me requesting a better dentist. I'm completely done with New You Dental now..I'll find an old school dentist office that still care about people and are kind and enjoy what they do.

They always rescheduled me whenever I scheduled an appointment. It was frustrating and then they would not accommodate me on my available times. I just didn't like it and stopped going to them.

Any service members in the area may want to avoid this dentist. Been in limbo with this one for about 6 months. Came to them with a dental emergency and was told by the receptionist that they were in network with my military dental network. However this was not the case with the specific dentist that provided my treatment. I was not notified that my specific dentists performing my procedure was not in network himself. Had to get an emergency root canal and a crown. Not undermining my specific dentists treatment, he did a fantastic job and i had no issues afterward, but the payment side is where all the problem came. My $5k worth of treatment should have been submitted to my military tricare to be taken care of, however this was not done due to the dentists failure to notify me of the network issue. After a bunch of back and forth and them still not going through my military dental network, they called and threaten to send my case to collections. I had to contact my military dental network directly to have them address the issue and file an appeal. Its a mess. Military service members are best to avoid this place.

I really appreciate the time you took to fix a problem tooth. I thought that I could wait until I had some dental insurance coverage after the new year, but the tooth had a mind of its own. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I am glad that I went there. I would recommend it to all of my family and friends .

Hannah was amazing with my 4 year old. She was really nice and made my daughter comfortable and "help" out with stuff. My daughter and I had a very positive experience here.

First time patient there. I have really really bad anxiety and do not like dentist at all. But today i went there and they work really well with my anxiety. They took their time. I told them i dont like needles. And they numbed me before using the numbing needle. I greatly appreciate it. And look forward to going back there

Very nice staff, very accommodating. Who doesn't have anxiety when they go to the dentist? Mines HORRIBLE & they were very sweet & understanding made me comfortable with the extensive work I needed & still will continue to need. My journey just started but I am extremely happy already with what we have accomplished. Thank you to all the staff you guys are wonderful & should be very proud for the people you are!

Perfect example of how every dental office should operate that accepts children patients!! I would absolutely recommend this office! Plus the atmosphere is very relaxed, clean, bright lighting, organized; very inviting and welcoming when you first walk in! Office staff are very kind, professional and good sense of humor!!! 5+ STARs

I always leave with a mouth looking better than when I came in. And with no pain. Star is so awesome. Great hygienist with great tips for keeping a healthy mouth. She's my go to there for sure. -Ken

All staff were polite ,knowledgeable ,helpful . I appreciate your professionalism as well . I was apprehensive ,but the hygienist put me at ease & did a great job of cleaning my teeth . Thank you .May God Bless everyone there always & keep you safe .
