Dr. Joseph Bruckner is a very nice personable man and doctor. He is truly interested in what his patients have to say. He explains everything in detail to make his patients comfortable and puts them at ease. Dr. Bruckner shows real empathy and concern for his patients. I took my mother to see Dr. Bruckner on Tuesday, September 13, 2022.Dr. Bruckner was highly recommended by my dentists Dr. Paul Vosswinkel and Dr. Richard Boneville. They felt she needed a root canal and wanted confirmation from Dr. Bruckner. Dr. Bruckner confirmed that she needed root canal. During the procedure Dr. Bruckner kept checking with my mother constantly to see if she was comfortable and not in any discomfort. My mother felt he was very gentle with her and very concerned that she was not in any pain during the whole procedure which lasted an hour and fifteen minutes. She felt very comfortable with Dr. Bruckner. She had no pain after the procedure and in the days ahead. Dr. Bruckner is a highly trained and talented Endodontist who loves what he does. He has perfected his craft in the field of Endodontics.

Doctor Bruckner was amazing. Appointment was prompt. Office is truly state of the art. My procedure was absolutely pain free. Doctor Bruckner's calm demeanor put me at ease right away. All in all I would rate it a 10.

Nothing short of a 5 Star experience ! The Staff at NYEA are courteous, professional and very attentive. They understood the pain I was experiencing and quickly scheduled a same day appointment. Dr Bruckner was amazing! He communicated during the procedure and made me feel comfortable and best of all pain free. I received a follow up phone call the next day just to see how I was doing. Thank you NYEA for the first class treatment!

Words cant express the gratitude that I have to Dr. Goziker and his staff I had the worst toothache of my life over the weekend, he talked me through it and was able to get me an emergency appointment first thing on Monday It was my first time going into a dental office since Covid so I was very hesitant but had no choice because of the pain I was amazed by how clean and sterile everything was and I felt extremely safe being treated here He was able to diagnose and treat my infection within the hour By Tuesday morning I was completely pain-free I am so grateful for the level of service and compassion shown by Dr. Goziker The procedure was painless and I had minimal discomfort after everything was done I would highly recommend this office without hesitation His staff was extremely pleasant as well and made me feel very at ease Thank you to everyone at the office! I'm forced to give this business one star, they deserve a ZERO! Integrity is an achievement that's non negotiable when dealing with patients. Unfortunately Dr. Goziker lacks that attribute. I'd received a retreat root canal by Dr. Goziker. A few months later I began feeling numbness in my face in which I shared with my orthodontist. Upon taking an X-ray of the area in question it was determined that I needed to see Dr. Goziker ASAP. Dr. Goziker completed a X-ray and determined the numbness would subside. Later, that day I was in excruciating pain that landed me in an oral surgeon chair. If I had not had documentation it would have been difficult for an oral surgeon to believe where I had been hours before having to an infected crumbling retreated tooth by Dr. Goziker requiring no pulling - basically falling out of my mouth with minimal assistance from the oral surgeon. I sincerely thank God for Dr. Nykoian. Dr. Goziker should definitely take a few pages on intergrity from Dr. Nyokian's book.

Appointment making process was a breeze. Not much wait after you arrive at the time of the appointment. Good nurses and they are caring, ask questions if you are in pain or if the position is comfortable etc. Doctor Brunkner is awesome, the entire root canal process was painless!! Totally changed my POV about going to dentist!!

I'm an extremely anxious patient and never had a cavity. Ended up needing 2 root canals and Dr. Bruckner was recommended. It was such a positive experience. Dr. Bruckner was super relaxed, kept me updated through each step and Made me feel calm through it all. Not that I want another root canal, but if It did happen , I'll be back in his chair without being nervous.

Was referred here from my dentist for a root canal re-do emergently. The entire staff and Dr Bruckner were the best anyone can ask for. Very happy with my result. Didn't even really hurt.

I must say this organization is by far the best experience I have ever encountered for Root Canal. Upon entering their office the front office staff was warm, welcoming and professional. I entered the procedure room at my scheduled appointment and was greeted by his Dental Assistant. I was then welcomed by Dr. Edward Goziker who is a true professional that put me at ease. He explained the entire procedure and assured me that I won't feel any pain, which I did not. Anyone the needs specialized Dental care I would highly recommend this organization. Top NOTCH !!!!!

I was referred to Dr. Brunckner at NY Endodontic by my family dentist because I needed a Root Canal procedure. Having had those before, I was apprehensive due to the inherent unpleasant nature of the procedure. My experience at NY Endodontic was positive from the time a walked into the office. The staff was courteous and efficient. Dr Brunckner himself was caring and personable. He utilized the most modern equipment and techniques to perform the procedure. Including an operative microscope that recorded and displayed photos and a video of the procedure. He showed them to me at my request and I was very impressed. The procedure was completed very quickly with minimal discomfort to me and no pain. In short, I highly recommend this office for any Endodontic procedure.

Did a root canal here. No pain what so ever. Looking forward for the next root canal. Just kidding. Jokes aside, I have had previous root canals done else where. The experience was painful. I didn't feel nothing here. It was quick too. The front office checked with me afterwards to see how I am doing .

They were great! Before I made the appointment. They were able to give an approximate cost.. Fast painless, and they even called me the next day to see how I was doing! I would definitely recommend.

Root canal has never been easier. Absolutely no pain. I actually look forward to the procedure, because it eases my pain without causing any additional pain.
