I Definitely recommend this office. Hands down professional, clean, and courteous. All precautions are being taken for safety of patients and staff during Covid.

I have been a patient of this office for many years. Today I called in for a different reason, my mother needed an emergency consultation and did not have an appointment and had never been a patient here before. However, they immediately accommodated her; her visit and consultation were both a sweet experience, as mine have always been. Kindest people I have ever encountered.

I'm here in NYC visiting! My temporary crown fell out. Dr Samuel Rudick & associates got me in fast and didn't amazing work. The customer service I gave was top notch. I would highly recommend if you have any problems with your teeth go see them.

The appointment was super easy to make. As a matter of fact, I was going to take any appt but when I told them I was in pain, the person I spoke took an even bigger interest in my situation and said to consider going that same day and that she could get me in an hour from when I called. I got there, they were ready to see me, took xrays (which went very smoothly) and the dentist saw me shortly after that. The dentist comprised a plan quickly of what needed to be done. She prescribed medicine for my infection. The office has the nicest, most caring and patient staff I've ever come across. It seems that everyone is trained so well that they know what each other staff has to accomplish and they are all on the same page. Amazing !

I absolutely love going to my appointments. My dental hygienist treats me with the utmost sensitivity and thorough cleaning. Maina is my greeter and informs me in details what will be taking place that specific day. And answers all my question with tlc and warm Better than family. I love the entire team.

I had such an amazing experience. Staff is very friendly and warming which makes the experience so much better. I went for my cleaning, and "B" did such a wonderful job. I have sensitive teeth and I typically feel pain when someone is cleaning my teeth, but with her; I felt no pain at all. Another great perk is that they are open on 2 Saturdays per month which works with my schedule.
