Let me start by saying as soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. The staff members are amazing I mean come on how often do you find genuine people anymore? The dentist is so nice the nurses are just phenomenal. They also really care and know they know what there doing. IF YOU NEED TO SEE A DENTIST THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO SMILE AND SMILE BRIGHT NEW YORK DENTAL WILL MAKE IT RIGHT

I like all of the employees there!! They all are very respectful and kind and caring and sweet and very professional. They all care very much about their patients health and well being by having good teeth and if the other patients don't have good teeth like I don't the employees there are so kind and caring about helping fix it teeth to make you feel better and comfortable finally and no longer in pain and make sure they do such a good job so that your teeth are healthy again to make it health better. I enjoyed my visit all the girls there were nice and made me laugh and took good care of me. I'm very happy with NY Dental and I would recommend them to anyone!!!! Thank you again to all the ladies and men at NY dental for taking good care of me. I greatly appreciate it

Please warn patients that mouth gaurd molds can cut and cause substantially painful infection. This i wasted $65 for an xray ensuring it wasnt a wisdom tooth emerging. Ad ice was given to treat with salt water in case it is an infection. That worked, but what a shame i wasnt warned and couldve started with that. Otherwise everyone here is super professional and competent.

They mess up on my teeth and I go to Wilson dental they will tell you what u need done they will give u a choice if u want to be a sleep or a wake I picked being asleep when I get my teeth pulled out

Very poor experience with New York Dental. Two times in a row my appointment has been canceled and they tell me they left voicemails, but I absolutely did not receive. They make no effort to actually call and speak with me or to reschedule. I called and both times it took months to get rescheduled. First time it was to finish a bridge and second was just a cleaning. The dental work in fine, the poor service is completely the office staff.

I would not recommend they said I had cavities and when they did it it was so deep it caused a root canal and they said it wasn't so when I went to to a new dentist that's the first thing they said it was a root canal now I've been in and out of a dentist office for 3 months now because my new dentist is fixing New York dentals mess!! I would not go to them!!!

Great experience!!! Very good service oriented team. I went with my wife for her appointment and they could find me an appointment right away. The dental therapist was very knowledgeable and friendly. If you need or are looking for a dentist, you should check this office

Having had to change dentist after my old dentist did not care about my time or scheduled appointment I was apprehensive about going to a new dentist. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into a well lite charming modern office. The front staff was very cheerful and helpful with the new patient paperwork and the insurance. I was taken back to the chair right on time and my hygienist was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. After a very painless cleaning the dentist came in to check over my teeth and he was pleasant as well. I would highly recommend NY Dental Group for all your dental needs.
