My longtime dentist for 40 years in New York can he still be working? Once I compose myself, my thoughts went right to you, Dr. MARGOLIES. I reasoned that I could only find the very best solution from the very best dentists !Shirley my wonderful, caring and professional old friend would know what to do or who to call! I was sure you had retired, but I hoped desperately that I could find you and get some much -needed advice! Much to my delight, I found out that you are only partially retired! You were still the same devoted and dedicated professional I had to come to know and depend upon. I knew right then that everything was going to be all right and I have my smile restored in the best way possible! I've heard some horror stories about people who had undergone these types of procedures and I naturally, I was pretty nervous. You were merely laid my fears to rest with your caring kind words. Even the night before my procedure when I felt as nervous as I ever have, you went out of your way and called To reassure me that everything was going to just be fine. The office is incredibly well run. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I had multiple complicated dental issues when I came to the office. Previous dentists had handled my dental issues in a piecemeal fashion. This was the first time my teeth were treated in a comprehensive manner, with a well thought out plan that was explained in detail so that I could make informed decisions. My dental issues have all been resolved and my smile has been transformed. I am extremely grateful. They are the best!

My bottom front teeth were missing. I had an old bridge that did not fit correctly and was painful to wear. Dr. Cindi Bane made me new dentures that makes my smile look incredible! I now welcome social interactions. In addition, everyone in the office is pleasant, friendly, and efficient. I've been to other dentists in the past but this was absolutely the best experience I've had!

He was recommended by a friend. Going here was the worst decision I've ever made. He said my best option was a bridge. It broke in 2 years. The other crown hurts so I'm replacing both. Also he sends you somewhere else for extractions, root canals, scans, etc. He forgot to put a filling on a tooth after a root canal and almost placed the crown without the filling. Oh, and he charges way more than other practices which are more modern, cleaner, nicer and offer all the services under one roof, plus sedation, CT scans, etc. He's completely outdated.

Dr. Margolies is, quite simply, the finest dentist I've ever been to. Highly professional (as is his entire office) and skilled, meticulous and current with the latest techniques. His workmanship is exceptional. And, while you're in his chair he explains what to expect as he works. I'm confident my oral care is in the best possible hands.

The moment you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel welcome. It was not your usual "dentist " experience. Erin , the dental hygienist, was very thorough and gentle. She did an amazing job! Dr. Cindi Bane has such a friendly demeanor and calming approach. She is extremely knowledgeable. Her expertise and professionalism cannot be matched! I highly recommend this dental practice. Dr. Bane is truly the BEST!!

It's hard to say that going to the dentist was an enjoyable experience, but this was the closest thing to that. The office is clean and all covid protections were in place. Dr. Bane had excellent bedside manner. She also had an innovative and thoughtful approach to a problem with my teeth that I've had for years, and she's a perfectionist who pursued her vision to the very end. I was extremely happy with the result, and I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a highly-skilled, hardworking and dedicated dentist.
