The important thing is to help restore or preserve a smile you can be proud of. I believe in spending the time with you to explain your needs and options.My office is a unique blend of small-town-friendly with big city technology (digital x-rays, Cerec, Velscope).Cerec is a technology that allows crowns to be made in one day, without impressions or temporary crowns. Velscope is a tool to help look for oral cancer.I try to keep my fees patient-friendly and work with most insurance plans that give you the freedom to choose your dentist.In fact, a number of patients see us out of network. Patient-friendly financing is also available.
We are in network with Cigna, Delta, and Blue Cross PPO plans. We also work withanyplan that gives you achoice tosee an out-of-network provider. In fact, we have a number of patients that choose to see us as an out-of-network provider. Dr. Uffer strives to provide high quality care and small town friendliness at fees that he tries to keep at a reasonable level.

Dr Uffer and his team are incredible and they are exceptional with dental phobic patients! They are trustworthy and very helpful! I wouldnt go anywhere else, they are the best!

Best dental experience I've ever had and I've had a lot believe me. From initial call to schedule having my issues addressed to resolving my current issue and addressing future potential issues through preventive maintenance and what if scenarios otherwise . Debbie, Becca and Dr. Uffer were fantastic. Dr. Uffer built my crown on site while I waited and communicated in detail A-Z and answered all my questions and addressed any and all concerns. I will be back for sure. Thank you Dr. Uffer, Becca and Debbie.

I have no dental insurance, and looked around for a local provider that had good recommendations. After not taking care of my dental health for a few years they did a thorough cleaning and a filling at a very reasonable price. I will definitely continue to use their services.

I'm a bundle of nerves when it comes time to visit the dentist. Dr. Uffer is always gentle especially when it comes to filling cavities. It's further than my prior dentist, but worth the trip.

Dr. Philip Uffer has been my dentist since he took over the practice from my previous dentist several years, ago. My teeth are very happy! I am so pleased with his suggestions and advice on how to take better care of my teeth, gums and mouth. He answers all of my questions and addresses any concerns that I may have. I enjoy our conversations and Dr. Uffer's stories and jokes. I always leave there with a smile! If one is looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Uffer at New Windsor Family Dentistry.

Dr. Uffer is a great dentist! He is not judgemental and does not chastise patients. Very concerned that I don't feel any pain during procedures. He is also entertaining, and the staff there is wonderful!

These folks are terrific. We found them because my in-laws use them and they love them. My wife and I drive all the way from Pikesville (50 minutes) because we know they will do an excellent job. Dr Uffer is friendly, very efficient and genuinely cares about his patients (no lectures about the state of my teeth - phew). He's got many of the latest gadgets so he can do things in house. I also like that he volunteers his expertise once a week with people in the city who need quality dental care. He is a dentist you can count on!
