I had worst experience here at this dental office. The office manager Cerina in the front office advised me of procedures which I do not need. To make it worse, they are not corporate to send my x-ray to another dental office, although they were paid for that X-ray from my insurance Delta Dental PPO. Unfortunately, I have to say that Cerina demonstrated the guarantee worst customer service I have ever seen. I complained to my dental insurance company and they are investigating on it. Please stay away from this dental office.

Heads up- they use dental assistants not hygienists. My teeth never felt like they were properly cleaned. Dentists are okay- wasn't overly impressed. It also takes quite a while to finally get called back. I decided to pay extra to see a PPO dentist. Definitely worth it to have a skilled hygienist and dentist not in the HMO spectrum.

I called to inquire about a coupon sent to me but when I was talking the receptionist felt she wanted to hear herself talk instead of what I was saying. I asked her not to talk over my voice but she is way too ignorant to pay attention so I hung up and will never visit this office EVER

Heads up- they use dental assistants not hygienists. My teeth never felt like they were properly cleaned. Dentists are okay- wasn't overly impressed. It also takes quite a while to finally get called back. I decided to pay extra to see a PPO dentist. Definitely worth it to have a skilled hygienist and dentist not in the HMO spectrum.

Had my teeth cleaned, and new felt better. It was a weird feeling of having a tube drying my mucus in my mouth, but I think her name was Lynn. She made it not as annoying as it is.

Family and I have been going to New Vision Dental , Dr Au for years. They are Awesome!! Just like Family. Last week my neighbor wanted to take her 4 yr old for his very first visit.Dr.Au of course!! Wanted his first visit to be his BEST! ANGELICA & DR.AU didn't disappoint. Andres will carry his FIRST DENTIST experience with him the rest of his life! Thank You, Dr Au and Staff

I have been to this dentist for a total of 4 visits over 1 1/2 years. Love their front desk for always remembering my name and always accommodating to my fluctuating schedule. The Dentist is Ok. He had difficulty numbing one of my tooth for a root canal and I will not say the procedure was painless but he got the job done but the color match for the tooth was not great. you can tell a root canal was done. However this is where my ok experience ends. Since my dental procedures at this office my tooth to tooth contact became extremely tight. I had brought it up several times but they blamed it on my wisdom teeth shifting. Seems impossible as my teeth were easy to floss prior to 1 single procedure and extremely difficult to Floss after. I recently became a Cash patient and I paid $209 for my last visit and this is what I got- Dental consultation, 4 bite X ray, tooth polish and Fluoride (which i did not ask for). I attempted to get my X ray sent to another Dentist and for my own records. They will charge $85 for them to send the X ray. When I asked they said that $50 price does not include the X ray. If I wanted them I had to pay for them. If another Dental office attempted to get them They will charge $85. (I did not pay for it) Also that $75 Fluoride which I did not ask, the other office charges $20 and they ask before they apply. This time my cleaning ($80) was subpar, my last hygienist cleaned every tooth, and took her time this time it took her 7min to polish and floss. Oh and why does this office have great reviews, its cause they office their patients a special little something if you leave them a good review. I know Cause i was one of them. So if you are a Cash patient go elsewhere this office lacks transparency . If you want a 3 star experience this is a perfect office for you but if you expect great Dental work, keep looking

Look out, this is the worst medical practice place that I have ever seen and experienced. I would not even like to give a single star to this place. Can anyone believe this? I was yelled in front of my face "get out" by its dentist Tran, a person looks like a thug, only because I didn't want my tooth to be pulled out with about 1/4 broken, this guy erupted and slap hard on exam table while I laid in an exam chair. When I walked out this place, this guy followed me to waiting room and threat to beat me up and at the same time, the receptionist lady told that she would call COPS. This is a ridiculous place. Believe or not, if you want to waste your time and money, go for it, and I shared my story here for all truth. The worst ever I have experienced in any services, period!!! I am also going to file a complaint to my insurance company and BBB for they rubbed my money and treated me disgracefully and unprofessionally. If you have a similar experience, do tell so other can benefit from your advice. Together, we can make a better world!!!

Came in after a very bad experience from a dentist that was pushing expensive procedures. I was told I had a mouth full of cavities. However that was a lie they where stains! They cleaned them up right away. The staff was super friendly. My 6 year old son was also seen. He was treated with respect. They made the whole experience wonderful for him. Love this office would highly recommend <3

I grew up being a kid who loved going to the dentist. I mean who wouldn't love being complimented on their smile, teeth etc... I called New Vision Dental Monday morning shortly after they opened and were able to fit me in as an emergency that very afternoon with Dr. Au. I was told by the receptionist ( Violet) that for a non emergency appointment, they are booked out 3-4 weeks. They were able to take my Delta Dental HMO info over the phone and verify it in advance so that I knew my dental exam, X-rays and consultation would be covered at 100%. That was a big deal since I was not assigned to their office. They were so nice to accept me as a patient and go above and beyond for me. The experience was positive overall and Dr. Au was so caring and gentle. The front office personnel was super professional, friendly and very knowledgeable with my HMO plan. I scheduled my boyfriend to see Dr. Au since I was so pleased with my overall visit. We have found our dentist and that is a relief! The office is so beautiful and super clean. I am actually looking forward to my next 6 month checkup! Thank you Dr. Au and and his wonderful staff.

The best dentist in town, Dr.Au. He has the best chairside manner with a gentle touch. His quality of care is exceptional and I will never change my dentist. I've been coming to him for the past few years. My husband and I love Dr. Au and have referred several family memebers to him. Thank you Dr. Au and staff!
