Everyone was very helpful, kind and professional. They put the needs and interests of the patient first. After a procedure, that very night, I received a call from the dentist asking if all was well. I had a dental cleaning on another occasion and the dental assistant worked more gently than I have ever had anyone work on my teeth before.

This is the best dentist I have been too ! He is honest and told me my cap didn't need to be replaced. He explains everything to me before he starts any work .

Been going to this dentist for the past few years. The practice is located in a nice building in Owings Mills close to other shopping on the second floor (elevator or stair access). The dentist Dr. Rosenfeld is always attentive to the patient needs but is efficient in getting in and out so there is almost always no wait. I know there are a few hygienists but I always go with Shifra as she is very thorough doing a good cleaning while making sure I am brushing and flossing regularly and correctly. The office does a good job of sending text message reminders for confirming appointment. Overall very happy and no complaints, highly recommended!!

This was my first time at the office and it went great. I have been looking for a Dentist for quite some time. Dr. Rosenfeld did not try to sell me on any unnecessary procedures. I will be going back and will recommend him to my family and friends.

New Town Dental has a hygienist that is truly conscientious about doing a wonderful job. If you think your teeth have been cleaned they haven't been cleaned by Tam, she did a wonderful job and explained about the care between visits.. No one previously had taken the time that she took with making me comfortable and informed.

A++ First dentist I ever been to that actually care enough to call and check on his patient after a dental procedure. I definitely felt like a human being and not just someone being used for their insurance . The staff was all friendly and professional and made me feel welcomed. It was my first time at this office. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The dental hygienist was knowledgeable and did a great job on my teeth. Dr Rosenfeld is personable and was able to Give me a solution for my problem that my previous orthodontist couldn't. Happy I went there.

I fell yesterday morning. Which resulted in my teeth shifting. So I called around to various dental offices in my area. New Town Dental was the only dental office willing to see me after I was injured. The dentist and office staff are very kind. Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable.

I highly recommend New Town Dental. If you are looking for a new dentist or wanting to switch, this is the place to go to. Everyone is so welcoming from when you first walk in until the time you leave. They also put all my worries about going to the dentist at ease. Dr. Rosenfeld and the dental hygienists take their time explaining everything they are about to do. I wish I started coming here years ago.
