My husband and I both had the full mouth procedure done by Dr Richards and his wonderful staff. For different reasons we both thought at this stage of our lives we would have to accept the fact that our meal choices would be limited and our smiles would be few or covered up. I found out about New Teeth Now while searching the internet. I was looking for dental help if there was any out there for people in our position. I think I watched every video online and attended every webinar offered monthly by Dr Richards and Dr Kirkpatrick. We finally got the nerve up to go for a consult which was the best decision we ever made. Dr Richards and Debbie couldn't have been kinder or more reassuring that he could help both of us. We both had the procedure done a month apart. Dr Dibbs has been amazing in creating our beautiful, functional smiles. It's been about two years now and we are eating anything and everything we want! We are smiling and laughing without fear or embarrassment. Saying thank you doesn't seem enough for the life change you've given both of us !

Took my friend who had a fall and had a tooth jammed up into her nose in yesterday. They did her surgery to remove it immediately and her husband and i thoroughly enjoyed the waiting room. Beautiful theater with delicious coffee. When they came to tell us she was ready to go we did not want to leave....lol

This has been the best decision I have made in my life. The whole process was exactly as it was explained to me beforehand. I just wish I had done it sooner. The whole staff is exceptional, so kind and helpful. And kudos and special thanks to Dr. Richards and Dr. Nibbs who did an excellent job. They are amazing, soooo friendly and caring! I am soooo happy I can finally smile freely again!!!!!!

Every one of the Dentists at New Teeth Now is highly competent, kind and understanding. They take time out of their busy schedules to answer any of my questions or concerns. My Dentist, Dr. Harley Richards, is so skilled at what he does. I have put my complete faith in him since day one. He is busy, but if I have a question or concern he is right there to make me feel heard and understood with a big smile on his face. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's the support staff that I have concerns with regarding bedside manner. They are technically highly competent, but many times I feel like I am a bother to them. When I have had to drive to Lakeland from Tampa three times to fix my upper acrylic arch due to breakage, it would be nice if someone would have a little empathy. Not one time has someone said " I am so sorry you broke your upper arch. That must have been painful. Don't worry, we will get your teeth repaired ASAP. It was not your fault that this happened and if you have any questions, concerns, or future problems, we are here for you Scott" Regarding the support team who are to explain, coordinate, and help me through the process, there has been no one, not one member of that support team has reached out to me to ask how I am doing. All they have to do is read my chart and follow-up with me to see how I am doing On another note, I was told at my last appointment (07/18/2022) that future appointments would be made that day so I can clear my calendar and plan ahead. Well, I just called and whoever answered just said "no, we don't do it that way. When you come in on Aug 3rd we will make future appointments at that time. I am a kind, understanding and good patient. Over the last 6 months I have not complained once. I was told I was a poor candidate for full dental implants because of parodontal disease in my upper jaw. I was referred to New Teeth Now, and contacting them was my last hope. Thanks to zygomatic implants, I now have my new teeth and can not be happier. Dr. Kirkpatrick and the support staff were very professional and answered all my questions and concerns. Don't hesitate contacting them, one of the best calls I ever made.

This was the easiest surgery I have ever had, and I have had a few! NO pain or discomfort at all. Dr. Richards and Dr. Sorrento and staff are amazing! I wish I would have done it years ago. It would have saved me a lot of pain and discomfort. I would do it all over again and I HIGHLY recommend New Teeth Now to anyone. I would give them 10 Stars if I could!

Well let me start out by telling you this was the best experience I have ever had with a Dentist. I absolutely do not like Dentist at all and have walked out of many Dentists offices over the last 25 years after just hearing the drill. Dr. Kirkpatrick was so nice and explained everything that was going to happen and answered any questions I had. So I had all of the few teeth I had left removed and walked out that day with a full set of teeth. All the staff was so kind and I want to thanks everybody at New Teeth Now.

NTN has been top notch from start to finish. Dr Richards and Dr Dibbs along with their staff patiently walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. As an out-of-state patient, they went the extra mile to coordinate my appointments to avoid multiple trips back to Florida. Before going to New Teeth I had met with other dental practices and found them more interested in costs than with patient care. That was the exact opposite with all of the doctors and staff at New Teeth. This is a warm and caring practice, whose doctors and staff explain everything in detail. They allayed any trepidations that I had since I did have severe periodontal disease. The procedure was basically painless and smooth. I just couldn't be happier. For the first time in 16 years I am without pain while eating and no longer trying to hide my smile. My only regret at the moment is that with mask mandates, no one can see my now, beautiful smile.

The people at New Teeth Now were all very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go as fast or take as much time as you need to understand the entire process from beginning to end. The process is world class, the work they do exceptional, and even better, the amount of pain throughout the entire process was next to none... If you have an issue with your teeth that is not able to be resolved with standard dentistry and good tooth care, then this is a very real alternative with an excellent outcome.

I have used New Teeth several times over the years. Each time I'm impressed with the professionalism, the energetic atmosphere and friendliness of each person I interact with. I really appreciate Dr. Richards and the time he takes when we meet to discuss what is importantto me and his recommendations. Their post surgury follow up is appreciated as well. Dr Dibbs, again very professional and takes pride in his work, he wants prefection and desires for his patients to be 100% satisfied. I would recommend New Teeth Now to anyone!

Let me start by saying that I'm very happy with my new teeth. The staff was excellent Dr. Richards did wonderful work as well as his assistants, I can't begin to say how convenient it is not to have to put the teeth in and out everyday.
