I do not recommend Dr Elliott to anyone. The staff at New South Endo was very nice and helpful, however Dr Elliott was very rude and unprofessional. He became upset because some saliva got in his way and he hit the back of my chair, he also had to give me more numbing and that seemed to upset him as well. I can honestly say this was the most traumatic dental experience I have ever had. I take full responsibility for not checking his reviews before I went in for an appointment, but hopefully my review will help someone else.

excellent efficient friendly and quick service Dr Elliott will try anything to save your teeth he also will be looking at a root canal that he did years ago for me and he said there will be no charge... "I want to try to save that tooth!" you can't ask for anything more than that. one visit root canal treatments he uses state of the art tools and microscopes. I have been six times so far over the span of a decade and he just seems to get better and better, also a beautiful office don't worry just go..

My husband was extremely terrified of having any work done on his teeth. He put it off for years until he couldn't stand it anymore. We went to our dentist and they sent us to New South for the root canals. My husband was overwhelmed with anxiety about going. He kept reading bad reviews about the endodontist which made it worse. Today he had his second root canal done here and came out saying "I would recommend this place to anyone!" He said Dr. Elliot was very straightforward and to the point but he appreciated that. All of the staff was great, as well. Based on previous reviews, I would say Dr. Elliot either learned from previous mistakes or the reviews are one sided because he was not like that with us at all. My husband says he now has little to no anxiety about having work done on his mouth after seeing Dr. Elliot.

Outstanding...let me first say i do not know anybody an new south endodontics. My dentist and oral surgeon both said it would be great to have my procedure done but not realistic. One said you cant make somethimg out of nothing, the other basically said it couldnt be done. Shortly after i had an appointment with each. One said "amazing" the other said "ive been doin this for 20 years and im really impressed". The staff was really nice and and tried to make you feel comfortable, and they did. Now the important part, i was in the chair and ready to get started when he came into the room, he was nice and introduced himself then asked about me and if I had any questions. After the introductions and questions he got started and didnt ask me about the weather or anything else irrelevant to the procedure. He did it and did it well I would recommend going there to any family or friend.

The staff were so kind and understanding however the "Dr." Elliott was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please if you are reading this review, take the chance that im being honest and find someone else. I promise you this guy is one you should avoid at ALL cost. Also read other reviews from people much like you and me and notice that this is not the first review regarding Elliotts disrespectfulness and unprofessionalism in his practice. I plead once again, DO NOT go to this practice if you want someone kind and professional. If you just don't care then sure go ahead, hand this jerk your $1,600 to work on your teeth, because im sure you'll be happy knowing it went to someone that doesn't actually care about your health.I would like to point out people like Mr. Elliott are allowed to stay in a profession like this due to the lack of others within the profession. If it wasn't for this reason and this reason alone im fairly certain his practice would have failed long ago.

Absolutely no pain during or after my root canal, I totally didn't even feel the shot's to numb, very satisfied! Friendly staff and Dr, a beautiful building they are in as well.

I had a tooth that was giving me a lot of trouble. I was referred to Dr. Elliott by my dentist to have a root canal done. He made the entire process relaxing and pain free. The entire staff was super friendly and done an excellent job. I certainly hope I never need another root canal, but if I do then I know exactly where I'll go. I highly recommend Dr. Keith Elliott.

The staff is nice and friendly. Had an appointment for December but they called and got me in way earlier. Root canal was painless. I have tmj and they were very caring and attentive to my needs.

I was very impressed from the time I made my appointment until I checked out. The staff went above and beyond to help me sort through insurance questions. The root canal process was the easiest and most painless I have ever had, from the shot I didn't feel to making sure I was comfortable with how the tooth felt. As for any negative reviews, I don't think people understand confidence. Dr Elliott and staff were excellent!

I was terrified of having a root canal done today but the staff at new south endodontics made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. Dr. Elliott knows what he is doing and I was in and out within 1 hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done on their teeth. I will definitely be back but hopefully not too soon. Thank you dr. Elliott and staff.

Just had my first ever root canal at New South Endodontics with Dr. Elliott and his staff. Job well done!!! No pain, no swelling and was able to eat dinner! Would highly recommend services by Dr. Elliott and his friendly staff!!!
