I am very pleased with Dr Marshall and her staff. They are CLEAN, thorough, and friendly. She explained everything she was doing before during and after the procedure which put me at ease. She made sure I was totally numb and I had a PAINLESS procedure with very little pain afterwards. I went to her as a second opinion based on an interview I saw with her on YouTube and her reviews. We need more dentists, dental assistants and staff like this in America! I have had the worst experiences with other dentists and plenty dental work that I need done- I've found the right place!

Stop looking for a new Dentist and come here. I was in the market for an African-American dentist close to my new home that has great service and reasonable prices. I am so happy I found Dr. Marshall's office. I have never had to wait upon arrival at my appointments, the staff is super friendly and the location and scheduling is easy and convienent. Highly recommended.

If it was possible to give 10 stars I would! Dr. Marshall is incredible, she didn't make me feel bad that I had neglected going to the dentist for so long. She explains everything she's doing as she's doing it. She and her staff really makes you feel at ease and that you're truly cared for. She is my dentist for life, I feel so blessed!

I needed to find a new dentist to fill a cavity and I was putting it off for months because of medical fear due to my past medical trauma. I visited Dr. Marshall's office for the first time today and I really wished I had come here sooner! (There was a different dentist office I had been going to for cleanings over the past few years that had made me feel slightly judged for my teeth, and for my anxieties, and quoted me an exorbitant amount for the same procedure when they had discovered the cavity.) Anyway, I am SO thankful I went here today. I feel relieved actually because of how her staff is really kind and professional and they are all super understanding of patient phobia. I will have to be sedated for my visit and Dr. Marshall has a special license to do this. Also, the amount that I had to pay for the work was within the normal/reasonable range, which was also a relief because I was literally quoted 4x the amount (no joke) from the dentist office I have now left and won't return to after finding Dr. Marshall. After today's visit, I feel very assured that I have found the right dentist, and I am confident in going to her for this procedure. She had a gentle, calming energy and I felt completely relaxed for my visit. She also assured me that my teeth weren't that bad, in fact they are in pretty good shape, and that I might be being too critical with myself, which I am not used to hearing from a dentist. She suggested that I brush more lightly with a soft bristle toothbrush to avoid any further gum recession. She really took the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions and just be patient and present when interacting with me. I'm really grateful for how Dr. Marshall treated me today and the good vibes all-around from the office and staff. I could afford the sedation medication, and now I am actually looking forward to getting this filling taken care of, because I know I am in good hands. I'm immensely grateful.

Broke my crown and was way past due for a cleaning. Dr. Marshall fix me right up, & valued my time Going to the dentist usually puts me in a bad mood. Leaving Dr. Marshall's office brightened my teeth and my day.

I can not express enough how thankful I am for Dr. Marshall. She made this process for me sooo simple. I had to get an extraction and implant and I procrastinated doing it for so long just because of the experiences I was getting everywhere else. I went to Dr. Marshall and in a matter of a ONE week, I got the extraction and implant. She put things for me in such simple terms and really felt like she genuinely cared about me. She is my new dentist!!! This place is the best. I've already referred everyone to her! LOL

This is somewhat of a third-hand review, hence my 5 stars, instead of 6. My late husband, director Wally Burr, used a wonderful dentist in Tijuana for several years prior to becoming incapacitated in 2016. A month or so before suffering a series of strokes, he had a new partial created by that dentist, but when he came home, he was unable to insert it properly. Not wanting to make another trip to Tijuana, Wally looked for a random local dentist who might help. He had the good fortune to stumble upon Dr. Melanie Marshall, just a few blocks from our home. She brought him in the same day he called and taught him how to insert the partial. A few weeks later, Dr. Marshall herself phoned Wally and I happened to pick up the phone. He hadn't paid her and she very sweetly asked for her money. I explained that he was now in a nursing home, but I would be happy to pay his bill. She was so delightful over the phone, I asked for her contact information, knowing how kind she had been to my 92-year-old husband. Well, I recommended her to a couple of friends. One of them has had his life transformed by the work this fine dentist has performed. He went from being someone who tried never to smile, lest his teeth be a turn-off, to now having a glorious set of extremely natural looking teeth with the smile to go with them. I am fully aware of everything he and Dr. Marshall have gone through; her knowledge and professionalism, not to mention her patience, have been remarkable. If I were ever in the market for a new dentist, I wouldn't hesitate to turn to Dr. Marshall.

Unfortunately our experience was not at all acceptable - both my husband and I had cavities filled by this dentist. My filling was near the gum line but on a tooth toward the front that shows when I smile, I asked them to use their whitest shade of filling but it was MUCH more yellow than my teeth, which made me look into switching dentists. After going to a new dentist my husband and I BOTH had to have our fillings from Dr. Marshall redone! My husbands had to be completely re done. Mine had to be smoothed out where it was collecting plaque and then additional filling added where it didn't cover the necessary area. This all happened less than a year after getting our fillings from Dr. Marshall.

I love my new smile! Giving Dr. Marshall the highest rating possible of five stars just doesn't seem adequate. How can I express the gratitude I feel for being given the opportunity for a new life. Over the past two years I have had Dr. Marshall complete many different procedures, including tooth removal and fillings that were handled professionally and surprisingly pain-free. In addition to those procedures, in the past six months I've been fortunate to have Dr. Marshall perform what amounts to a full mouth re-construction at a very reasonable cost. She has tremendous knowledge and expertise, combined with a level of empathy and compassion you rarely find in any area of life. All of this made it possible for her to transform both the appearance.and functionality of my teeth from ugly, distracting and embarrassing into what is an absolute work of art! So, at this point you might be thinking I am exaggerating. I can assure you that after what I've been through during a lifetime of battles with bad dentistry, what I'm expressing here is true and from my heart. It's really my privilege to highly recommend Dr. Melanie Marshall to my friends, family and anyone I come in contact with now and in the future!

From the staff to the dentist, it was a total great experience. It had been a number of years since my last cleaning but Dr. Marshall was knowledgeable and provided insight throughout my cleaning. I definitely recommend her.

Awesome office, gentle with my daughter getting her braces. Highly recommend
