So pleased with my orthodontic experience with Dr. New. Cannot say enough as to how highly I recommend her office. Warm, welcoming staff, easy appointment scheduling, clean, friendly office atmosphere (great location,too) and Dr. New is everything one could hope for in an orthodontist...she is experienced, professional and compassionate. Look no further...she is the best!

Dr. New takes the time to explain the whole process and answers all questions thoroughly. My daughter was very anxious but had all her questions answered and is feeling more comfortable getting her braces put on. She actually really excited! Nannette reviewed all the payment options with me and scheduled appointments based on our needs. The office is very accommodating.

New Smiles was recommended by our family dentist for my son's braces. We absolutely love this place, super friendly staff that take the time to explain everything including the billing. Most importantly my son very much enjoys going there for his check ups

Very happy with Dr. New and all the staff at New Smiles Orthodontics. Everyone is always helpful and eager to put forth a tremendous effort to make treatment a success. Dr. New is a knowledgeable and personable orthodontist who continually monitors treatment, and explains the procedure being performed as treatment progresses through all the steps necessary to create that perfect "New" smile.

Persuaded my parents into putting braces on me, while knowing that my wisdom teeth were eventually going to come in and push my bottom teeth together due to the direction of their eruption. Essentially nullifying all the efforts in moving and adjusting my bottom row of teeth. Now around a decade later my teeth have moved to a position similar to there time before braces, recreating the detrimental situation the braces were implemented to fix.
