Made me feel safe and comfortable. Communicated each step they did. I had a fear of going to the dentist, and they completely took that fear away, I was relaxed during a root canal. Highly recommend New Smiles to anyone, especially those who become extremely nervous at the dentist.

I had a dental emergency and needed immediate attention.. They were able to see me the SAME DAY! From the very beginning the staff was extremely polite & comforting. The dentist who helped me was Ms. Atkins, she was so gentle, understanding & Caring.. They all displayed a high level of professionalism.. I felt like I was truly cared for and not just another patient.. Overall a pleasant experience and will be returning for other services in the future.

I called this office yesterday at 1030am. They got me in at noon. By 1245, I had two infected teeth removed and I was on my way home. Staff and Dr. were very friendly and informative. I would go back again.
