I was referred to New Smiles by Derrick Boazman. I was looking for a dentist for my 12 year old daughter. I am very pleased with the staff. Very professional and friendly. The hygienists are wonderful. Love the pep talks and advice they give my daughter about her oral hygiene.

This is the worst experience I have had with a dentist office. They hold you to your appointment then they make you wait 2 or more hours to see the dentist. They will tell you you need a root canal for every cavity you have. Then when they don't do the root canal right ,they will have you pull the tooth and advise you need an implant. The staff is nice but the service is not good. They will offer you the most expensive treatment for everything. They told me I needed 4 root canals for which I didn't ,with my new dentist Dr. Bhat in Stockbridge he was able to do a regular filling. Save your time and money...

Very friendly and professional staff! The dentist, the dental assistants, the secretary and office manager, all amazing women! Warm welcome and pleasant. I picked my son up from school and he hands me his cracked tooth! Great! His dentist office is closed due to Labor Day weekend and there is not an urgent dental care close. I'm driving, trying not to panic and to my left New Smiles! I turn in and pray they can see my baby! I walk in, possibly looking how I feel, a mess! The sweet receptionist greets me and immediately sees if a dentist can see my baby! He is in the back with the dentist at 2:30 and we are in the car by 3:30. He is happy and well and said that he had a good experience! Happy mom

Staff was very friendly and they did a really good job on my teeth cleaning. Gave all the information for treatment.. I'll be back soon for my treatment

I came in to get a tooth extraction and from the moment I walked in to the moment I left; EVERYONE was nice and professional. I was having issues with my insurance and they handled the problem. The doctors who performed the procedure was very knowledgeable and skilled and made sure no pain was felt.

I'm a person that's very nervous about going into a dental office........ Some people are really scared but today I was made to feel safe not rushed, supported not shamed....... The service I recieved was a deep cleaning boy was it overwhelming for me but Dr Lanier and her Staff were AWESOME! Black Girls Magic! Black Girls Rock!!!

I had the toothache from h*** over the weekend and was up all night looking for a dentist. I put in a request and was able to get in on Tuesday. I was greeted by Tara who kept me entertained with laughter and great customer service until I was called back. Next was the dental hygienist, Miranda who was also wonderful with my x-rays. Let me preface this by saying I absolutely hate the dentist, which is why I've avoided coming for so long. My visit ended up with an extraction by Dr. O, who was fabulous. These ladies made what has been an awful experience elsewhere so positive. I will be coming back!

They took the worst pain I have ever experienced in life and turned it into a great experience! I had a horrible tooth ache and they took me in 30 minutes before they closed and extracted my tooth (an hour+ long procedure). They took such great care of me and didn't make me feel rushed or bad. This is dentistry at its finest! Thank you thank you thank you!

They are so unprofessional I scheduled a cleaning before COVID hit and was told I would receive a call back to reschedule because they canceled me when I called bck I was forced to schedule a root canal I didn't need now I need a cleaning ...

I absolutely love the atmosphere! The customer service is excellent and even though I hate going to the dentist I'm almost happy about going back to them. They made me very comfortable.

The best dental experience I've ever had--hands down! The staff is so friendly and encouraging. EVERY encounter has been consistent. From Debbie at the front desk with her warm customer service to Alicia's amazing personality and attentiveness to patients, it's a highly recommended dental office! Not to mention, Dr. Ida is one of the best--always pleasant!

WOW, these lady's here were great. I fell asleep during my procedure. " I had 7 teeth removed on the top. " that tells you how great it was. From beginning to the end. Just great all around. Lynn O Sending you referrals!

My first time coming to New Smiles and I felt at home. Everyone was so sweet and gentle with me. Explained and talked with me about all my concerns. My teeth feel great, best cleaning ever. The best part was setting up a a affordable treatment plan for me. They are black owned also.

Unfortunately, the customer service is poor. The office is nice and it was my intention to support a local and black owned dentist. However, the communication with the front-end staff created a barrier for me. I'd rather not specify the hiccup, unless the doctor wants to know directly. However, I will say that it is imperative to have competent and well-informed staff as the face of the practice. I wasted time off from work to not have any services performed. I was thoroughly disappointed.
