This dentist office is really UNPROFESSIONAL the office manager (Thuy) is very loud ...talking like getdo they overbooked I wait for 3 hours.. They sent treatment plan to insurance with wrong code... try to tell her but she ain't listening every time I turn around is different prices? Running business like this is disater WILL NOT COMEBACK There's more dentist in Houston Think TWICE before you walk into that office

I've been having the worst tooth ache for the past year and I was worried about going to just any dentist but when I arrived, all of the staff were very accommodating and handled my situation very well. The dentists and staff are very professional and kind! Will be coming here again!

I been seeing Dr.hwang and Dr.Pham since 2013 and I have got my brases and implants and they been great , my whole family always come and Ww will continue to come

i really enjoy the way he talks to his patients. he is quick and does his job well, especially when i had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. i really enjoy all the service here and how nice they are to everyone!

We've been going to New smile for over a decade. Both my daughter and son are afraid of going to get their teeth cleaned. Dr. Anh and her staff has always made my children feel comfortable each time. She even gave me a discount on my daughters braces when her braces was a little over our budget. This really helped us and it was great that she was willing to work with us. I like the fact that I had asked for reminders to be texted or email communications instead and Stephen is awesome. Thanks guys for being so good to us!

Thanks to a friend of mine referred to Dr.Hwang who done her 10 implants. I am very impressed and happy to have Dr. Hwang(implant specialist) works on my 2 implants. He also teaching other dentis on implant. I highly recommend Dr.Hwang for any one who need implant.

Have my wisdom remove here and everything is really awesome. Highly recommend to schedule your appointment with Dr.Ann or Dr.Hwang. Super professional and friendly.

It was a really painless experience. Before I know it, I had four of my wisdom tooth extracted. In addition, all the staff were very kind and caring. Highly recommend if anyone if scared of going to the dentist like me.
