My family and I have been seeing Dr. Alapati for several years after we switched insurance providers, so thought that it was about due for me to submit a review about her practice. To begin with, my family selected Dr. Alapati because of the great reviews we found about her practice. Most importantly, we wanted a conservative dentist, friendly staff and a dentist office where it is easy to schedule appointments. With New Smiles, that's what you get. From the moment Hannah greets you at the door, to your cleaning with either Neha or Rosy - both are fantastic, friendly and very thorough...all the way to the the dentist herself - Dr. Alapati. Dr. Alapati is a great listener, very knowledgeable and extremely conservative. By conservative, i mean that if she identifies a problem during her examination, she provides you the facts, treatment options and then lets you decide on the best approach for your situation. Unlike previous appointments with other dentists and doctors where there is usually significant wait times, I am usually brought into the exam room right away. Neha and Rosy typically spend 30-45 minutes cleaning your teeth. I always feel that they are extremely thorough in their cleaning, answer questions you may have, and basically make you feel at ease. Once the cleaning is completed, Dr. Alapati reviews the x-rays, does an inspection on your teeth, then allows time for you to ask any questions that you may have. She listens and answers all of my questions. I have never once felt rushed. Dr. Alapati and her staff are really fantastic and I am so happy that my family has found this office for our dental health. Great experience and great staff! I have actually changed my insurance a couple times specifically so that we can continue to have Dr. Alapati as our dentist!!! I hope that this review proves helpful and answers any questions that you may have regarding New Smiles Dentistry or Dr. Alapati.

Good: Great Service Bad: N/A Overall: Best dentist I've ever had I must admit that praising a dentist is a little outside of my comfort. As a rule, I hate going to the dentist. Truly, unequivocally, hate visiting the dentist. I had an experience as a child that has scarred me for life. I now have an uneasy truce that was hard earned by Dr Alapthi and her staff. I still hate going; I put in head phones and play heavy metal as loud as I can stand it, but I go frequently. If you are looking for a dentist, I can't promise it will be pain and anxiety free, but I will not go anywhere else now. This may sound like an odd way to recommend someone, but it is honest and unvarnished. While an odd statement, I hate going to visit Dr Alapthi, but I am sure glad she is available.

Dr. Manjula Alapati is a very experienced, friendly and courteous person. Her office and practice area is well equipped and assisted with an excellent team of knowledgable staff and associated Doctors. She provides full range of service from regular cleaning, extraction, root canal procedure, implant procedure and any other dental related requirements. I have been consulting with Dr. Manjula Alapati for the past 12 plus years and always been satisfied with the service she and her office provides.

Manjula Alapati has been one of the best dentists I have been to in my adult life! She is compassionate, efficient, and has a great bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Their dental hygienists are fantastic as well. I used to go to a "big box" dentist here in town, but New Smiles has a personal touch that exceeds my expectations every time.

Dr. Alapati and everyone from the clinic are very nice and best at their job. At first I was scared to get my dental done as there were so many damages with my teeth. But Dr. Alapati cleared all my doubts and gave very clear picture. She gave me step by step treatment to make sure everything is perfectly treated. All of them always smile..greet.. n make ice breaker with patients to make them more comfortable. The Dr. From clinic who takes X-rays, she is so gentle. Always takes care that the pad won't hurt when patients close their mouth. The other Dr. (I think Dr. Luis) did base of my implant without any pain. I was scared but it not painful at all. I was out within 30 mins. Dr. Neha is very good at deep cleaning and Hennah is very prompt with appointments schedules. I would definately recommend Dr. Alapati and her team if anyone ask for dentist. Thank you for your treatment.
