A bone grafting procedure may be what a patient needs before an implant. On the next visit, the specialist will then attached an abutment to the titanium structure to hold the implant. When the impressions and models of your teeth are made, the new implant will be made from those models and then placed onto the abutment.
Mini Implants are a good alternative from traditional dental implants if an implant is needed in a tight, narrow area. A titanium post surgically inserted into the jawbone and connects to a denture to minimize its movement during function (chewing). Mini implants are good for small teeth, front teeth, and pre-molars. Since, my wisdom teeth started to growing I got a very bad pain around my teeth. After that, I was trying to find a good doctor to take care of it. So, one of my friend helped me to find this place. I went to there and I met wonderful people. They way that, they behave me was too good and i'm happy to went there. The Dr. Goran Dosen with his wonderful assistant Ramzia took care of my wisdom teeth. Also, I did filling some of my teeth. And, Dr. Roseta did it. I have been going to see Dr. Dosen for over a year now and I have found him to be the best dentist I have ever had. He is very thorough when explaining every detail of every procedure he is going to do. If you don't make him your new dentist, you're making a mistake. I haven't had any problems with my teeth ever since I made him my dentist. He's just the best there is.
