I've always been afraid of going to the dentist.This week I over came my fear thanks to everyone in this office. The staff was amazing! I got a root canal done and didn't feel a thing. 5 stars all the way! I will be coming here from now on.

I've avoided the dentist for over 6 years due to bad experiences as a kid. The staff was so friendly and explained everything super well. My experiences with two different dental assistants and Dr. Khatarri were excellent. Quick, painless, to the point. I'm no longer as anxious about the dentist.

We had to change dentists due to our prior dentist no longer taking our insurance. I'm glad we were forced to make the switch. Katherine is super gentle and personable. Wonderful experience. She respected my teeth sensitivity and gave me great advice.

My wife and I recently switched Dentist - our prior dentist was too expensive- and after doing some research we found New Smiles in Winter Springs. We have been extremely happy with their service as far as a sleeping guard, a bunch of fillings and a tooth extraction. My wife has bad anxiety at the dentist and she didn't feel a thing for the extraction and had four fillings done pain-free. Everyone in the office is very nice as well. Definitely a good switch for us!

Best staff ever! My whole family goes here and has for over six years. Ashley and Norma at the front desk are the absolute best. Wait time is minimal and everyone is very professional and proficient. Update: Unfortunately , much has changed. We, as a family, have left NSD-mainly due to an unfriendly hygienist who mistreated my child during her cleaning and x rays. They also no longer accept Delta dental. I cannot go back.

Kat is by far the best hygienist I've ever had! Gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. Taught me 2 things about my food habits I never knew. She has a true passion for what she does. No longer scared of the dentist office. Highly recommend!!!

Went to New Smile to get a second opinion on my mouth and I'm glad I did. Other place wanted to root canal my whole mouth when I came to get a tooth pulled. New smile was sympathetic to my tooth pain from the very beginning and got me in the very next week. They were compassionate and listened when I explained my medical history. These are amazing dentists at a amazing facility

Altogether, it was good. My single complaint is that they discussed my financial matters and arrangements within earshot of other patients, which was very embarrassing to me. The personnel were without exception, very nice and considerate. As this was my first visit, it was mostly spent in evaluation so I didn't see much of the actual dentist, but he made me as comfortable as possible, since I need extreme dental work. My overall impression of him was very good. My review would definitely be 5 stars, were it not for my discomfort with the open discussion of my finances/situation.

I dislike going to the dentist due to past experiences. I was so impressed by the staff. The hygienists , Katherine was so understanding and gentle while working on my teeth. Love the fact that they did not pushed me their services and explained my insurance coverage. Overall, my experience with this office was great.

This is my first visit to Smile Design and what a great experience it was! All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Monica , Heylin , Pamela and Dr. Westers were helpful and walked me through my new patient appointment with such ease. The office manager is also great and helped me with payment plans and insurance assistance. I would definitely recommend this dental office!

I have been going to new Smile Dentistry for about three almost four years. They are all amazing, from the dentist to the Hygenist and Administration staff, they make you feel comfortable especially if you suffer from anxiety. They are empathetic, compassionate and knowledgeable. I used to be terrified of the dentist from past trauma... I enjoy coming to my appointments knowing I am in good hands, they truly make me smile! Thank you Dr, and staff Tia and Kat for being amazing! I cannot see myself or my children anywhere else.

Kat is absolutely fantastic. It was my first time being there and I was super nervous and embarrassed about coming in since it had been awhile. Right away, her personality just clicked with me and I was laughing and chatting the whole time with her. My teeth and I are so grateful. Thank you Kat!

My hygienist Kat was awesome! Cleaned my teeth really well and gave me some insight on her favorite dental products. Loved the customer service in general from everyone as well

My mom took my kids here for the cleaning. I was worried my 4 1/2 would be scared and wouldn't want anyone to touch her teeth and my mom said they handle her with care and she loved it. I really enjoy going to this dental office for my own personal dental work.

This was a good move I made, a perfect decision and an awesome ,excellent experience I had. The staff members are very helpful, Tracie is a must have dental hygienist, Tia in the front desk is very helpful, understandable, charming and she also have a beautiful smile, a genuine smile it was worth my smile to get my root canal and save my tooth. Still going back in a month or so to finish up. Also...Can't forget the man Dr. Khattari that made it happen... Ty Doc...looking forward to my next visit. New Smile Dentistry 5+stars....
