This time around absolutely horrible. Came in for a cleaning and they informed me I needed my yearly X-ray's. No big deal at all with that. Then they proceeded to keep doing things on their computer for another 45 minutes while I was sitting there. I asked if we where doing a cleaning or not and all I get is we are working on a plan for you (I know I need some work with replacing old fillings and possibly getting two new crowns) but to waste my time when I come in for a scheduled cleaning is unacceptable. So when they could not answer yes or no to my cleaning after asking three times I finally just walked out.

WONDERFUL! My daughter had an emergency dental situation and needed to be seen. They were incredible! Very professional and also very personable. My daughter loved this dentist and that's unbelievable!! I highly recommend anyone in need of any dental work to reach out to them! The best!! Period!

This dentistry HONESTLY deserves a 10 or higher...I went as an emergency they did not hesitate to help me!!! God bless their hearts from the dentist to his assistant AMANDA and also the front desk lady sitting to the right when you first come in.... ABSOLUTELY went the extra mile to help...I live in Miami if I wanted more work done I would be considering of driving the 4hrs to this specific dental office. Thank you sooooo much new smile dentistry

The only complaint I have is they should tell us to eat food and drink water before they do work on our teeth. After the work on my teeth was done, they said don't eat or drink for 1 hour. So i have to wait for 12:15 pm. I'm hungry and kinda thirsty. I donated plasma this morning and have not ate anything. I drank some water and that's it. Next time if I have to have work done on my teeth, it would help if I'm asked did you eat and drink water before we start working on your teeth? When I was coming to the dentist I'm not thinking about eating and drinking, I'm just thinking I want to get to the dentist and get this 1 filling done

My experience at New Smile Dentistry was Wonderful. Everyone was so kind and willing to share graciously The front desk was outstanding, and the dentist amd his assistant was so attentive compassionate and caring !! So glad I discovered New Smile Dentistry

Doctor Farid Mastali was very professional and patient. He was pretty on time. The dental assistant were very nice too. They took whole month pictures and then doctor will take care of you. I got a filling and my tooth did not become sensitive at all.

By far the best dentist in Central Florida. The front office ladies Luna and Donna, incredible. Greeted me with a smile and a TON of information as I requested. Dr. Mastali and the dental assistant Milly were so friendly and respectful to my fears of the dentist and listened to my requests. The entire environment was very welcoming and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist. 5STAR!

**UPDATE** 07/19/22 - I came back this year and still had outstanding service! Luna at the front desk greets you with a smile and is very sweet. Amanda, who assisted the dentist is amazing, she goes above and beyond to calm your nerves and she made me feel comfortable. She is so nice and very professional. And,, Dr. Mastali is a great dentist. He knows what he is doing and does an amazing job, whether it is for a cleaning, perio maintenance, or more extensive work, like giving you a crown. I am very happy with the staff here. It was a nice experience coming here. When you walk in, the reception area is very clean. The young lady who cleaned my teeth named Liz did a very good job. She also explained everything she was doing. They use state of the art equipment. I like that they can show you your teeth on the TV screen they have in the exam room so you can see exactly what they are talking about regarding your teeth. Amanda and Suzanne at the reception desk were also VERY friendly. Suzanne took her time to explain to me different financing options. I was very pleased with this dental office. (April 2021)
