I took my fiance here to have his teeth removed. We had the worst experience. The dentist would NOT listen neither the assistants. We told them about his epilepsy medication it was on file they said it was okay with procedure. We leave about 1:30pm they did NOT stitch him up the dentist said his incisions were too small. We left to get his medication from Walmart on the way home. I get back to the vehicle he's bleeding profusely an excessive amount. I call the dentist they said to put tea bags on it. We go home he's still bleeding an excessive amount. I called back they said to bring him back in. We get there at 4pm I asked about his epilepsy medication again if that was why he was still bleeding. They said no it's not so I asked if they could stitch him they told me no again. So we go back home he's still bleeding excessively. I called them at 6 pm to ask them why he's still bleeding they asked me to spell his epilepsy medication out. I did they told me that's why he's not blood clot yet. Told me they would stay late for me to come back after 6 when they closed a THIRD TIME THAT DAY when they should have listened to us about his medicine the first time. The dentist acted like he did not care. The assistants would not listen. The entire office is poorly ran. My fiance didn't stop bleeding until 9pm. It's honestly the WORST dental visit I have ever been to. I do not recommend going here.

At first I thought they were decent, even though the cleanings felt yo me like rush jobs, but my last encounter with them I was told she knew my kind of people(which is a very racist thing to say) because I was in happy with my services. I would not recommend any people of color to goespecially if they are ok with their assistance to say something of that nature.

My first visit here was great! They got me in for an appointment fast, and everyone there was extremely nice. I forgot the lady's name at the front desk but she had such a kind personality. I definitely felt welcomed and I'm ready for my next appointment.

First time coming to New Smile Dental I LOVE IT the staff is very friendly Doctor Kim is very warm welcoming and friendly and the manger IS AMAZING LOVE LOVE LOVE

Customer service was amazing, very accomodating. Dr. Park is very knowledgeable and explained procedures in detail so I understood. . Reasonable prices, excellent experience

Speaking for a family member - Horrible 1st visit was okay not great but okay. 2nd visit total change .. prices aren't even well decided seems like they always change the pricing Last minute ... what business does that ??? Gave a price then changed it because it was done wrong also not having a set schedule why ask if I want a weekend's appointment if you're going to call me to tell me y'all are closed that day happened twice !! Not professional will not be taking my family or recommending to anyone stay away ...

Everyone is very friendly.They have several options for people who don't have insurance n make it affordable.Had a tooth pulled n dentist made sure I was comfortable n in no pain!

I had to take my mother in for sudden tooth pain before traveling and they were able to get us in with a same day appointment! The whole staff was beyond friendly, especially Paola in the front and Dr. Kim were super kind and informative. We love New Smile Dental and I know I will definitely be going back! Thank you for being exceptional and helping us out in such short time!

Very friendly staff and doctor. I felt right at home and wasn't scared like I normally am at the dentist. They even waited on me for my appointment when I was running late. Same day work-in appointments on more than one occasion. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Great job Dr. Park and staff!!

The staff are absolutely wonderful here at New Smile Dental...my son and I both use them. My son has braces and uses their orthodontist services and I use their dental services. Dr. Park is AMAZING.. Front office Isai and Paola are 2 of a kind and make you feel so welcome..Liz the office manager has such a bubbly personality that takes away all the worry of a typical dentist visit. My son and I have never been to a better dental office that we love as much as New Smile Dental!!! Thank you!!! Amber and Isaiah Price

This office is the best dental office I have ever been to. The staff is amazing and treat you like family. My family will never leave New Smile Dental. Dr. Parks is amazing and Paola and Liz in the front office make you feel so welcome. This office is one of a kind. You are missing out if you do not try them out, once you go you will never use another dental office!!!

Love this place one of the best dentist I have visited here in Tyler. Everyone is super friendly and very help. They are also extremely great with kids as well. Plus their payments are very cheap.

this place is the absolute best,i used to be afraid of going to the dentist office,but every time we go here i feel right at home the staff is super friendly ,kind,and always making sure your comfortable.these people put your safety as their top priority,if you have any dental problems you need to come here.

Run away as quick as possible. Cleaned my teeth and for the first time in thirty years of dental work had to go back as he didn't Even touch some places----he almost threw a fit. Told me what my charges was with a new crown with my insurance and then said oops I made a mistake, it will be $1200---sorry potnuh. Paid him around $125.
