Dr. Ashfaq Ahmadhas over 15 years of experience. He obtained his DMD degree from Boston University with honors and a 2 year training in Surgical and Prosthetic Implant treatment from New York University College of Dentistry.
Dr. Ahmad has been practicing in Greater Danbury Area for 10 years. He tries to stay up to date with constantly evolving treatment options by taking CE courses and actively participating in peer discussions. His primary emphasis is to developlonglastingrelationship with patients by preventing disease in first place.
Ashley is a graduate of Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport. She believes in an evidence based approach to dentistry. Her goal as a hygienist is to improve the health of the public by providing comprehensive care. Her approach is to provide patients with education to improve their oral health and to empower them with knowledge. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors

My implant needed to be redone because the post broke. Fortunately I had the implant with me but it needed to be reworked and improved. Dr Ahmed coordinated all this and made time available quickly which worked well for me plus he shared my financial impact net of my insurance.

Dr. Ahmad and his staff have been taking excellent care of me and my children for several years. Not only is Dr. Ahmad kind, caring and patient, he is an excellent dentist who has successfully navigated his way through our challenging dental situations. His staff has always been welcoming, warm, and accommodating to our crazy schedules. We appreciate everyone at New Smile for the excellent care they provide.

I have been going to New Smile for many years. The care is professional and more importantly I experience little or no pain in the work being done. The office staff is friendly and DMD Ahmad is the best at what he does. My husband and I will continue to be his patients as long as he will have us.

The cleaning was thorough and painless. The dentist and hygenist were pleasant people who work very carefully. The chair was a little bit uncomfortable tho. Overall great experience.

I am in the process of Invisalign treatment and the results are unbelievable. Billing was super easy and transparent. They made me a payment plan and I pay every month when I go for aligner change. Highly recommended !

Very professional practice and amazing dentist!! He listens to you thoroughly and makes sure you're taken care of. The best thing is that they are always on time. The hygienist is also very good at what she does.

Believe it or not, these people probably saved my life. This is not an exaggeration. I came in to have an extraction, and because they were so very thorough, they proceeded with their usual caution and concern for the patient. Turns out they refused to do it as my blood pressure was too high. I argued, "Please, let's just get it over with." But they wouldn't do it. Thank goodness they didn't. Turns out I needed an emergency cardiac procedure. They could have just done the job, pocketed money, but they had too much integrity to not do the absolutely right thing. After I got out of the hospital, I brought them flowers. Hugs all around!!!
