Dr. Jiwon Jeff Jung received his bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of California, San Diego and his dental degree at the State University of New York, Buffalo. He pursued further education by completing an additional general practice residency program where he treated patients in all phases of dentistry, including patients with medical complexities as well as those in underserved areas. During his dental school years, he spent two years in research, which eventually led him to receive a research award for his yeast studies in oral medicine.Thereafter, Dr. Jung has pursued more than 600 hours of continuing education including 1-year implant fellowship program with American Academy of Implant Dentistry.
Dr. Jungs passion lies in continuous learning in order to remain knowledgeable and proficient in the latest research and dental technologies. He loves kids and dentistry and in fact, Dr. Jung treats a handful of families with kids in his practice.
He is regularly involved in community services. He travels oversees to treat people in underserved areas, volunteers for 9Health. When he is not treating patients, he plays the guitar at his church band on weekends and plays the piano during his spare time. Dr. Jung enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He likes to travel where he can hike andenjoyoutdoor activities.
Tina has been in the dental field for 24 years and truly enjoys what she does.Her number one priority is customer care as well as building long-term and trusting relationships with each patient.
