Dr. Kim graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo, school of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2001. After completing a one year general practice residency at Metropolitan Hospital Center/ New York Medical College and working a year in private practice, she decided to focus on pediatrics. Dr. Kim completed her two year pediatric dental training at Interfaith Medical Center, NY in 2005. After her graduation in 2005, she practiced pediatric dentistry in New York and New Jersey area. She has now started her own practice in New Rochelle.
New Rochelle Kids Dental is a family-friendly dental practice located in the New Rochelle area. Our dentist, Dr. Kim believes in establishing a trusting and lasting relationship with your child and your family. We provide personalized quality dental care in a supportive, informative and nurturing manner with emphasis on early prevention and proper education on oral health. Starting dental visit at an early age is a lifetime investment which helps to foster a positive and pleasant impression to the children. Our goal is to make the children feel the gentleness, encouragement, affection and understanding during their visits. With this in mind, our treatment methods are often fun and relaxed.
Our office is designed and furnished to create a comfortable experience for your every visit. We combine ample usage of natural light and energy efficient lighting to create a soothing atmosphere. Technologically, the office is equipped with state-of-the-art digital x-ray and imaging equipment and 'paperless' dental software programs. These environmentally friendly features allow us to eliminate the use of film development chemicals, to lower radiation emission and to reduce paper consumption. We do not use 'mercury filling' in our office.

An incomprent billing department. Was forced to pay $600+ without ever being shown a detailed bill, just "past due statements".

Everyone in the office is friendly and warm. Appointment times are reinforced and Dr Kim is kind and calm with the kids. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kim and staff are very pleasant. It's been three years that I bring my kids to this office. Excellent service, Dr. Kim is very thorough she explains all that's going on and what should be done. Overall great service and my kids love going to the dentist.

Amazing dental experience for kids! My son has been coming here since he was 3 and now he's 8. Always greeted with a friendly smile. I highly recommends this dentist facility for all kids! They help easy the nerves of kids by having them chose a movie to watch while the dentist cleans their teeth. They always give them toothbrush, toothpaste and floss in a goodie bag and let the kids chose a toy to take home. Dr Kim educates parents on specific next steps to work on. She is understanding and kind. She is simply the best pediatric dentist.

This dentist disregarded my son and basically told us to find someone else as she could not care for him, the way in which she did it left me feeling confused and disappointed. The dental work she did was not done properly which left me doing more work.

After having been to a few other pediatric dentists in Westchester, I was so happy to find Dr. Kim at New Rochelle Kids dental. She is very kind and patient with my children when they needed fillings, as well as the rest of her staff. We have been going here for several years now and have no complaints! I highly recommend New Rochelle Kids Dental.
