After graduation, Dr. Wynter went on to complete extensive postdoctoral training, including a residency in general dentistry at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in the Bronx, New York, and a two-year course of study in implantology at New York University College of Dentistry in New York City. She also completed a course in bone and tissue grafting at the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina.

At New Roc Dental, we ask that all patients bring their new patient forms, ID, and dental insurance card to their first visit. Your new patient forms will ask for information about your dental and medical history, allergies, and current medications.

We also provide these items for our patients to wear during their visit. At our front desk, we have installed a protective shield, so you wont have to worry about being in close contact with our receptionist.

Unless a patient needs help to come in or move around the office, we ask that they come alone. Reducing the number of people in and around our office space helps us keep everything clean. We have installed a glass door in the operatory and have open windows throughout the building to keep fresh air circulating. We also offer a touchless sanitizer to use before and after your visit.

We use disposable tools and materials whenever we can. This helps us reduce cleaning time and ensure we have fresh supplies for everyone. Disposable items include gloves, masks, brushes, floss, and a variety of other single-use materials.

We clean our equipment with heat and chemical disinfectants. After each patient, a member of our team will thoroughly sanitize every instrument that was used with an approved chemical cleaner. Once they are clean, we will wrap these instruments and store them until they are needed again. Before use, we will disinfect them again with a specialized dental autoclave. This machine uses dry heat to sterilize equipment and remove bacteria.
