I was nervous about the 'unknowns' of tongue tie, and why breastfeeding was so painful for me. Dr. Darcy and her amazing staff are warm, welcoming and professional from the start! I felt comfortable and informed the whole time. Dr.Darcy is knowledgeable, direct and incredibly kind. A great experience.

Today, I took all three of my kids here. My oldest I knew wouldn't have any issues, as he loves the dentist. My middle has had horrible experiences at the dentists and hates going, but they made him so comfortable that they were able to complete a full exam with X-rays! This is a huge accomplishments! My youngest is 2 and she did a full lap exam with the Dr without any issues! I cannot recommend this place enough.

St Croix Kidds is the place to go to help kids feel good about the dentist. All of the staff are caring and responsive to questions or dental concerns. The dentists are thorough and positive. My kids look forward to their six-month check ups. The environment is collorful, fun and inviting. All-in-all a great experience.

The staff here is amazing and super friendly. Dr. Tyler was amazing with my son today. Most patient office Ive ever walked into. I am definitely pleased with our service today and cant wait to go back.

I took my infant son for evaluation of a tongue tie. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming over looking the St. Croix river. The staff is kind compassuonate and you can tell they really love what they do. They were excellent at explaining what they were evaluating, what the procedure was going to entail and making sure you were able to do the therapy at home after to ensure the best results.

Wow! Great staff, Amanda was amazing and helped my son feel at ease. She is very good at her job and obviously loves working with kids. Dr. Meghan was great and fixed my son's teeth, making sure he was comfortable the whole time. Will definitely recommend to my friends! Thanks for all your care and patience with my son and for making it a smooth process for us too!

Today was my 3 year old son's 1st visit to the dentist. I was very impressed with how they interacted with my son and how they made it fun. He also like receiving a toy at the end. I will definitely recommend this dentist office to my friends and family.

Some of the most caring and devoted people I have ever had the privilege of working with. My daughter has Autism Spectrum Disorder as well as a cognitive developmental delay. The staff was extremely respectful and very helpful. It's people like this that make the world a better place.

Our Autistic son had his first dentist appointment today and everyone was sooo incredibly nice, friendly and helpful! The dental assistant we had made sure that our son was happy, didn't force him to do anything he didn't want, listened to everything he said and even made him laugh a few times. The dentist was wonderful, helpful, and amazing, she definitely does great with kids! HIGHLY recommend!!!!

From scheduling to my kids being in the chair it was amazing. Tanner the assistant and Dr. Tyler were so patient and kind. Both Tanner and Dr. Tyler were also so thorough when explaining what was happening and what will happen moving forward. My kids said "I love this place" so accommodating and kind. So thankful places like this exist for our children.

My toddler actually likes going to the dentist! Idk if it's the way they talk to him, how the office is sooo kid friendly (movies, horse sattle, etc), or the fact he knows he gets a brand new toothbrush and toy to pick himself! They're great!

I've been going to this company for several years now (Hudson location first now NR for convenience). Staff is usually really good here and have had great expeirences. Recently my child was supposed to have a dentist appointment and I mixed the date by two days and so we had to reschedule last minute, I felt horrible and apologized profusely. The lady on the end while not unprofessional was not very kind or understanding about it. I understand their frustration but as humans and parents of little kids, mistakes happen. Considering this was a first time after several years I didn't think anything of it until I received a written warning in the mail stating if it happens again we will be charged a fee and if it happens after they won't reschedule us. I know this can be standard for many dentists but in this day and age, it takes months to get in to the dentist so I know they're not hurting for business and as a customer who has been giving them regular business for many years I would expect them to be a bit more forgiving. The letter just wasn't in good taste for a first time accident and puts a bad taste in my mouth, especially after talking to the lady on the phone who was also not very nice. I will be monitoring my business with them more closely now as I have had last minute cancellations at my adult dentists and have never received this kind of response before. ***Edit: I am changing my review from 3 stars to 5 stars as I was contacted by the manager via phone the next day in a quick and super kind manner. They not only listened to my concerns but apologized for the way it was handled with the warning that was sent out to me, and they ensured that they would be bringing this up to the company leaders and exploring different ways to handle situations like this in the future. I let them know how much it meant to me that they genuinely listened to me and are willing to explore other options for these situation. This gives me a greater respect for them and I am definitely wanting to continue my business with them. I also apologized again for my mistake in mixing the day up as I know that can be super frustrating for them. I just hope that their policy will be a bit more lenient for long-term patients who've never had a missed/late cancel appointment before, like with what happened with my circumstances and that a kind, verbal warning will be given before any unexpected letters are sent to patients.
