My overall experience was not good. I went in for a partial molding. Got the partial and it was very uncomfortable. I paid out of pocket that time because my insurance had not started. Over 2 thousand dollars out of pocket I paid. The next appointment I set was to have them re cast the mold for the partial because when they initially cast the mold it was right after they pulled back teeth, so the partial had a bump in it where a tooth was. That became very uncomfortable and painful as the hole healed. This time I had insurance. The out of pocket expense was just over 400 dollars. Then the office turns around and admits they made a mistake on the pricing. Then demanded 200 more dollars. Long story short they now want to take me to small claims for their mess up on pricing. Now I have to pay that 200 dollars to avoid wasting my time in a small claims court over 200 dollars. With the cost they collect in insurance and services rendered, and the amount I paid out of pocket the first time, it would have been nice for them to say " our mistake" and eaten that 200 dollars. Thanks for the headache.

Tanya has been cleaning my teeth every 6 months for almost 20 years. I think she is a big reason why I still have my original teeth. Thanks.

The family loves to have Jen! Very thorough worker. Very satisfied every cleaning we had. That's why we stayed and will stay as long as Jen is taking care of us. She's the best for what she do, an asset for the facility in our opinion. Hope she gets what she deserves.

I have serious dentist phobia but the whole team tells me what they are doing before they do it and check my comfort thru the entire process. They are awesome!

They pulled a tooth with dirty utensils and then demanded money. No break on the bill, just demanded money. I would save yourself some time and go elsewhere! They clearly don't care about (their) patients.

I will never go anywhere else! Every dental experience I had growing up was alway an awful experience. When I started going to NRD (6 years ago) I couldn't even sit through a cleaning without sedation, due to my dental anxiety. My teeth were in bad shape due to the poor clinics I'd gone to growing up. I am so thankful for Dr. Tietz and all of the staff at NRD for making going to the dentist a great experience. I no longer need sedation for dental work, and my teeth are in great shape!
