I really felt well taken care of at New Orleans Dental Center. I had the same experience with two different dentists there. They are kind, gentle, respectful and take extra precautions to insure their patience are at ease. They even had a TV that I was able to watch while I was getting my fillings. I held the remote and changed the channels and everything. Tonight, my dentist called to check on me. They do this every time a patient leaves. I would recommend them to any and everyone

Absolutely by FAR the best dentist office I have ever been to over the years! Caring staff, reminders for appointments, and the BEST dentist ever! Dr. Maes goes above and beyond to help with ANY problem you are having. I love the fact that whatever they do, they make sure you are comfortable. I am so glad to have found New Orleans Dental Center.

Dr. Maes cares about you, not just your teeth. She views you as a person for whom she wants to provide the best care. She has true integrity. Money isn't what motivates her like some offices, it's about the quality of her service and doing what is best for her patients overall. You can feel this in every aspect of her practice. Dr. Maes is also a genius! I've never encountered someone who takes so much pride in their field or someone so knowledgeable. If you have an unusual condition with your mouth/teeth, not only does Dr. Maes know all about it, she does an amazing job of explaining it to you. She delivers information in a way that you can understand, so you can fully grasp what's going on. I've never felt in the dark about what's happening. Even if the issue is complex, she knows how to break it down and give you just the right analogy so that it will sink in and make sense. The office atmosphere and the team behind it are always on point. It feels polished and welcoming. Sometimes I get excited about my appointments because it feels like I'm visiting old friends. I've also never been to such an organized, well-run office. After checking in, I usually get called back before I even take a seat in the waiting room. I've been going there for years now, and they are always on time. No delays, no running behind. I wish more doctors' offices would take a look at New Orleans Dental Center to see how it's done! Edit: Also, if you are in pain or have to do something that will cause pain, Dr. Maes will take care of you! She makes sure you are good and numb before any procedure, and she'll check on you throughout to make sure you are still feeling nothing. She's also REALLY quick, so you don't have to worry about it for too long. I wanted to add this because the dentist I had before her would take FOREVER to complete the same procedure, like double or triple the time. And the one before that barely numbed you to the point where everyone in his office was crying or even screaming while he worked. I'm so glad I found Dr. Maes. She wants you to always be okay and never be traumatized! :D

Well,I did NOT have the best experience at this particular office. There is one staff member there who's attitude is nasty. I encountered her attitude more then once, but I just told them I wouldn't be returning to there office because of her. Over all the rest of the staff is kind.

Staff is amazing and awesome. I've been going there for years and finally decided to write a review because of what happened yesterday. I had a double crown splint procedure, and things went fairly well. There was some discomfort after the procedure, but it was nothing that Tylenol couldn't handle. The next day, I'm starting my morning routine and saw a voicemail notification on my phone. Dr Maes had called late last night to check on how I was doing. This is patient care at its finest! And by the way, I've been avoiding dental cleanings for two years since COVID, and now that I'm back, I can't recognize anyone because they're all wearing their masks. Kudos to the entire staff.

This place is crazy. All I wanted was a cleaning and they wanted to give me 4 fillings. I got a second opinion and that dentist didn't recommend any fillings. Their prices are reasonable if you want to get unneeded dental work. I'll never go back.

I used to love this place years ago but it's gone downhill. The staff isn't the nicest and the lead dentist doesn't do extractions or anything so you have to go elsewhere for intricate work. We were told one thing and then when we went to get another opinion, a few of them, and we were told that NDC didn't give correct and knowledgeable information. They want more money out of you rather than being honest. I'm really disappointed at how downhill this office has gone because I have been going here for years. Unfortunately, I'm looking for a new office and won't be coming back here anymore.

They help you with payment plans and they do a great job on explaining the treatment plans and their prices are fair. The staff is friendly and welcoming
