Had to take my son there for a referral to another dentist a few months ago and they never did give me or the other dentist a referral and not to mention they was absolutely horrible with him when we was there.

This was my first time going to the dentist in my entire life and it was a wonderful experience! I was nervous not knowing what to expect but everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The office itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. Colleen performed my cleaning and did an excellent job, my teeth look brand new. Go see these guys!

Great visit with our littlest guy. Super patient with our 4 year old who was there for his first exam. Took the time to explain everything to him. He's looking forward to going back to his next visit for a cleaning.

I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Lockhart and her staff! Extremely professional, clean, and caring!!! Dr. Lockhart and her staff are amazing with my children as well!! New Martinsville dental has the Stoneking family as patients for as long as they will have us!!!!

I had my teeth recently cleaned here and the hygienist did a phenomenal job (and was very patient answering all my non-stop curious questions about what going on with my teeth and how their different dental tools worked)! Dr. Andrea was very friendly while doing my dental exam and was very open about my teeth results and how to approach the troublespots that were present and how to fix them. The staff here is very kind and professional, and I will gladly recommend this business to those around me! 5 stars! :)

Never been here but Called for weekend appointment... gave me one to fit our schedule.. hope it's easy on the pocket as to not having insurance... heard great things about the service

I started out as an emergency patient when my tooth broke. Now, I have a beautiful crown. I've had other work completed, such as a bridge, which is saying something considering I'm not a fan of going to the dentist. The staff is very nice and they make you comfortable.

Probably like most people, I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist. I put off dealing with a toothache for too long, and finally called New Martinsville Dental. I am so glad I did! First of all, they got me in right away. My first visit was the day after I called. The staff was all very friendly, and the office was comfortable. Dr. Lockhart is an excellent dentist! She is very knowledgeable about what she is doing and took the time to explain what she was doing and my options, as well as answering all the questions I had. I did not feel rushed in anyway, which I have felt sometimes with other dentists. Despite having a tooth extracted, the overall process was fairly painless. They take the time to numb you properly and wait for it to set in, instead of just rushing to start the work. I hate needles, but I didn't really feel any of it. Dr. Lockhart was also very encouraging throughout the process and remained focused on me as the patient, also letting me know what was going on the whole time. I was also very impressed that Dr. Lockhart took the time to call me personally to make sure I was doing okay after my abstraction. I have never had a dentist's office call me to check on me, let alone the dentist herself! Finally, I have had experiences in the past where the dentist doesn't care about your financial situation, and they just perform what they feel is necessary and then expect you to pay. Dr. Lockhart was understanding of my situation and let me know up front what procedures would be done and how much it would cost so I could plan my appointments accordingly. In speaking to her, I could tell she sincerely cares about making dental care available to people who need it. I plan to see Dr. Lockhart at New Martinsville Dental for all of my future dental needs and bringing my family as well.
