Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I was blown away with how amazing the staff was at New Mark Modern Dentistry! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for a root canal and crown, I felt welcomed in and cared about. I was even given advice for my pain prior to my appointment. Once in the office the feeling that I was truly cared for was top notch. Dr. Mbata did an amazing job and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure and even made sure I laughed from time to time. I can't say how much I highly recommend the staff, Dr. Mbata, and New Mark Modern Dentistry. Thank you, to everyone I had the pleasure of meeting during my visit!

Dr. Mbata, Heather, and Ashlyn were all very kind. They gave me a root canal, and helped me feel as comfortable as I could under the circumstances. The office is very clean, with the latest technology. Dr. Mbata has a comforting presence, and everyone else's friendliness helps you relax. Currently they also work with my Humana Hi215 plan.

Dr. Mbata and his team are so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Three of us came at once and they were so patient with the chaos, especially with our two year old. They are amazing with kids and both my husband and I enjoyed our visit as well - I'm always nervous going to the dentist but all the nerves went away the minute we started because of the friendly atmosphere. We can't wait to come back every six months!

The office is top notch and the staff are incredibly professional. My daughter received excellent care from Heather. She was so patient and kind with my two-year old. I know this first experience will enable us long term success. Dr. Mbata was incredibly skilled, kind, and compassionate. He was honest with me about my x-rays and gave me options. I feel like a partner in my dental care. It has been a minute since I have been to the dentist and he was non-judgmental. My teeth feel AMAZING. It gives me such relief to know I have found a solid dental home in this office.

Ashlyn, the manager, was able to get me in the same day I called for an emergency toothache. Dr. Mbata was calming and explained everything step by step. I have found my new dentist!

From start to finish this was seamless process. You can schedule your appointment online and they send you the waiting room paperwork to fill out via text. This is also a brand new location with top of the line technology, so the x-ray portion of your visit was the easiest and pain free process I've ever experienced. The staff were friendly, efficient and instantly made you feel welcomed. Dr. M was all around good vibes and I felt an immediate comfortability and trust. I would highly recommend this office as this was the best dental experience I've ever had.
