From the front staff to the chair, everyone was wonderful. My concerns were listened to & I never felt rushed. Everyone was very polite, professional, facility was clean. Very impressed & happy with my first experience.

I love these guys! From my hygienist Amy to Dr. Raja (forgive my spelling if it's wrong) and the best dental assistant ever, Liz. I have gotten cleanings, fillings and 2 crowns. They always make me smile and laugh and are always upfront about possibilities. I wish I had found them sooner so I wouldn't have had so many issues. Yes, I was one of those people who didn't go to the dentist for years because of a bad experience with a large dental chain that proves you get what you paid for! Definitely give them a shot and ignore the reviews from years ago. I have been there over a year now and they are amazing!

I was not happy at all...with the stuff in the front They made me an appointment for August 2, 2021, and when I got there, they had the nerve to tell me that was for the next week (10) THANK GOD I KEPT THE BUSSINESS CARD, WITH THE APPOINTMENT FOR AUGUST 2, BUT, EVEN DOUGH, THE MANAGER SAID, I CAN'T HELP YOU FOR TODAY.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I was only having a cleaning.TERRIBLE ...

I am sorry to say that this place (New Look Dental) has truly terrible service. Customer service is not interested in hearing anything negative from you. It is best if you avoid this place as there are so many other great dentists in this area. I will post a list of options later. My goal is to make sure that you optimize the money AND time you spend in getting the best dental service available. One thing is for sure, you will just not get it here at New Look Dental.

I have been to a lot of dentistries, and this was by far the best dentistry I have been to. The dental hygienist and doctor were gentle and very diligent- paying close attention to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. AND the decor is amazing. I was thoroughly impressed.

Today was my first visit to this office & I can honestly say I don't dread going back.. From the girls at front desk to Jan the hygienist to Dr.Elkeeb I am very satisfied... I will definitely refer people I know to them.. Thank you for a great experience !!

Only dentist office we will go to! My kids have been coming here since they were little. We love Dr Ebeed! Although he isn't here as often anymore we still love the staff! We are comfortable with every staff member! They are just amazing!

Only dentist office we will go to! My kids have been coming here since they were little. We love Dr Ebeed! Although he isn't here as often anymore we still love the staff! We are comfortable with every staff member! They are just amazing!

Went to them a few years ago for a cleaning. They did a measurement of my gum recession and really ripped my gums apart and told me I needed root scaling which I didn't end up getting. I've had it measured by another dentist since and the experience was actually very pleasant and they said nothing of needing root scaling. New Look Dental did convince me that several of my amalgam fillings needed to be replaced, big mistake. They did a couple of them and I ended up with severe pain with one of them, they replaced the filling again and said I was fine. The pain got worse, I could not chew without shooting pain so I went to another dentist and he found they cracked my tooth. I ended up having a root canal on that tooth that was healthy before New Look Dental got there hands on it.

RUDE RUDE RUDE receptionists!! I called and asked for generalinfo regarding pricing on whiting solutions and the receptionist would NOT give me a price. She said to just come down and i could get that info. This is unexceptable to me as a consumer i would like to do my research and find out if this practice is affordable and warm and friendly. I explained to the receptionist that my scheduale was very demanding and i didn't have time to just go down there to get a price on whiting solution as what if it was not what i wanted to pay because other dentist offices offered a more affordable price, then it would be a total waste of time driving down there. When i went to explain all this the clerk said to me " I don't have time for this." and hung up on me. I would STAY FAR AWAY from a dentist that won't fully disclose there prices for services as this is shady practice
