Worst place ever I paid thousands out of my pocket and ended up a mouth of pain n bad work shame on them I'll be seeing my lawyer

I was in severe pain and needed a molar extracted. Luckily for me, I was able to get an appointment following a weekend blizzard. Not having insurance, I was told upfront the approximate cost to pull the tooth. The staff was very welcoming even though I had shown up late and in no time I was having x-rays and being led to the dental chair. Dr. Snyderman explained I needed two broken teeth pulled out. He was very gentle making sure I was medicated enough to do the procedure. All the staff was terrific. I was given prescriptions to help after the extractions. The final cost for the two extractions was about the same as the quoted price for one extraction. I had been to Aspen Dental a couple days before and after x-rays, their solution was to send me home in agony with a future expensive plan to work on ALL my teeth. I will certainly recommend New London Family Dentistry to everyone.

Dr. Snyderman and his dental team are professional and caring. You will not find anyone better! A lifetime of oral health experience you will find here as well as consideration of your comfort. I've seen Dr. Snyderman throughout my life. I've lived elsewhere and had other dentists, New London Family Dentistry provides the most trustworthy dentistry for a healthy smile!

I went here back in 2019 and I had the worst experience ever. The guy I had I don't remember his name but I remember he was a tall white male and he took all four of my wisdom teeth out but the one that hurt the most and still hurts and swells 2yrs later is my bottom right corner. When I told them a long time ago about the pain they brushed it off saying it was apart of the healing process. And when I had to get a mold for my retainer ( a week after all 4 of my wisdom teeth are pulled out ) I could barely open my mouth and they had me make a mold. I'm scared to go back But no other dentist in the area will take my insurance and they are telling me he is the only dentist at that place that excepts my insurance which is very unfortunate for my situation

I have been a patient at this practice for longer than I can remember. My wife now goes there too, so it's been over 10 years. Everyone, from the person at the desk all the way up to the dentist himself, has always treated me warmly and kindly. I don't have the best insurance, but their first concern is my teeth. (Please don't construe this to mean that they will give you an expensive procedure you can't afford. No business can afford to give away money to the point where they can't stay afloat. Now, I don't have any personal friends there, so please do take note of the loyalty I think they deserve.) When undergoing a dental procedure, I have always been numbed up sufficiently so as to feel no pain. I came to this dentist with bad teeth because I had great fear inspired by dentists who caused me great pain. I will never have to fear pain from this practice. Finally, I must say that it is an exceptional place that can have me as a patient for so long and not give me one cause for even a minor complaint. They have such a high quality staff that I have never been plagued by personality conflicts.

Willing to kick you out of the office at any second. They do not care about your well being, your family, or the care they start to provide and refuse to continue. Not happy with this practice at all. Took apart my tooth and never finished fixing it. Terrible service.

Went in for a tiny fracture of the side of my rear molar. Ending up seeing almost 5 or 6 different dentist. Went to another office to see if they could fix it and now im left with a half done root canal from this shootie unprofessional dentist office. Stay as far away as possible from this place the turn over rate of dentist is a sign

I highly recommend Oral Care Dental Group in New London CT. Dr Synderman is my regular dentist and I always feel comfortable with him. He is the best dentist I've ever had. Dr Synerdman is knowledgeable, gentle and has great empathy for his patients. I've also had some specialty work done by Dr Syed who is also great. I have my teeth cleaned regularly and the hygienists there are terrific. I am the world's biggest baby when it comes to sitting in a chair at the dentist office but can sincerely tell you that you are in safe hands at Oral Care! May 9th, 2019 UPDATE: Just had another appointment with Dr Synderman to fix a broken filling. It was not an easy fix but the good doctor performed an excellent repair. Once again, Dr Synderman treated me with great care and I had a very easy time of it. Can't say enough good things about Dr Synderman and New London Family Dentistry staff! Great people there. May 2020 update: Still going to New London Family Dentistry and Implants when I need to, which is not often anymore thanks to their expert care. Highly recommend.

Place can't even keep a dentist more then a few weeks the turnover rate here is a sign of poor quality dentistry and ownership caring more about the bottom dollar then what is done here management is a joke but what do you expect when she's running a circus and the owners her puppeteer

I am a 55 yr old female survivor of many kinds of trauma. In 1999 I had a pulmonary Embolism and also a Gastro bypass surgery with many complications that left me disabled. Even though it didn't kill me as it usually does most it did take away my health, my livelihood, my peace of mind, my hopes, and dreams, my joy, and my amazing smile. As I walked into this facility I received, the patience, professionalism, empathy that I so longed for, needed, and wish that every patient should receive. My recovery journey will be long but as Dr. Virmani told me "Rome was not built in a day." I am grateful that this facility is assisting me after my many life storms. I went into this website to leave my review and was saddened to read so many ugly comments. None of those comments reflected my experience. I have gone through too much to ever place myself in harm's way. I have common sense and amazing intuition. I would leave in a drop of a hat if I sensed the slightest issue as the ones I read in the negative review section of the comments. Thank God I read the reviews after I had my care because I might have lost by not giving them a chance. The comments I read could easily shut any company down in this new wave of canceled culture. My journey has placed me in a community that is underserved, undervalued, and in much need of services like these. To lose a gem like this place would not only be a loss to me but also to the community that is the weakest among us who is in dire need of almost everything. Most of us who walk in the door are walking in desperation looking to heal our pain. To shut this door would be giving up on humans. This might be the only place some of us get heard and treated humanely in the community my circumstances have placed me. As a person who has had inhuman treatments, my experience was above what I expected, and that is saying a lot. Tea is not for everyone, so are many things but this facility, its staff, and Dr. Virmani, alongside his associates, are tailored-made for me. They were my medicine that solved my issue as I am rebuilding my life. I highly recommend you come in and make up your mind for yourself. I am a satisfied customer because they are bringing my smile back while treating my teeth' pain. I couldn't have asked for better treatment.

Horrible place. The insurance I have is acceptable there. However they kept trying to con me into doing expensive procedures there that cost real money, and kept refusing to do the ones covered by my insurance. They should be investigated, and reported to the BBB.

I was sitting here at 730 pm thinking how I could have been nicer to the staff there at OCDG before my appointment today. I was in pain. I said to myself Ill write a nice review because they always do good for and by me..when all of a sudden my phone rang and it was Dr Snyderman making sure I felt okay....impeccable timing and great service all around. Thank you. I know it wasnt an easy one and Im grateful to have a top notch and experienced DDS.

I have beautiful teeth now! Dr snyderman and his staff are wonderful!! I had to have quite a bit of work done from fillings to extractions... and today I got my partial dentures! I almost cried.. now I can smile wide!! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent dentist and tech! Everyone in the office were also very friendly and professional. Also, the Dr. was able to fill multiple cavities in one visit so I didn't have to make multiple trips! Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Their staff is courteous & always willing to help. Dr. Schneiderman was so kind and patient with my mother who was battling dementia. When my husband had an infection Dr. Schneiderman called him personally on the weekend to make sure he was okay and told him to come in on Monday morning if he needed to. The staff, especially Angela, went out of their way to help me get insurance approval for a very needed mouth guard. I've referred many friends and relatives to Oral Care Dental because of their wonderful service and that they accept most insurances.
