Honestly, the best dental office around! The hygienists are careful and friendly. My kids look forward to going to the dentist (big win!) and they have massage chairs to enjoy during the cleaning.

I have been going to New London Family Dental for many years. I prior had Dr. Michael Lawton as my dentist. I am very happy with Dr. Kyle Zimmerman that has taken over his position at this facility as Lawton retired. Very happy with my recent crowns etc...they definitely listened to my needs and concerns during those processes. Teeth cleanings are very enjoyable!! It has a very friendly inviting environment starting with those at the front desk as you arrive. I will continue with this dental practice for many years!! Lots of friendly familiar faces. Got to love a small town!

I like that they offer 7am appointments since I commute to work. The staff is friendly, efficient and thorough. Many of them are long term employees so you feel like you're with friends. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dr Kyle is calm and caring. He always takes a couple of minutes just to chat and catch up.

Nervous about going to the denist well no worries here, they make sure your comfortable. Absolutely love it here! The people are friendly and they take great care of their clients. Nikki is our hygienist and she does a great job cleaning our teeth. Always have a smile and a welcoming entrance!! Check them out you cant go wrong!!

My husband and I became clients of New London Family Dental when we lived in New London. When we moved to the Fox Valley, we remained clients because we are very happy with this practice. Everyone who works in the clinic is kind and knowledgeable. My husband has some very complex dental issues and he has been very satisfied with the care he has been given. We highly recommend this practice.

Since Dr. Kyle took over, the staff is still just as kind and helpful as before. Dr. Kyle takes the time to talk to his patients, answers questions, and makes sure he does the job right. Same great place!

Everyone that works here is so friendly and sweet! They made all my kids feel so comfortable for their first appointments and when my daughter was having an issue they took the time to see her even when she didn't have an appointment. I'm so grateful for it!

Best dentist around! I've gone here for years and I have also convinced my husband to finally go to the dentist as well. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Love it!

I came to Dr. Lawton with a painful abscessed tooth and he took care of me with extracting the tooth. He was very careful and made sure that I was comfortable. He also called me to check on how I was doing afterwards. I haven't experienced such wonderful care in over 30 years! Thank you so much for helping me.

Absolutely the worst experience ever for a dental visit. I had three fillings done. During the fillings I was in a hell of alot of pain. Two days later a fill-in fell out. Since the appointment I have not been able to use the right side of my mouth. Brushing my teeth puts me into unbareable pain, so I no longer even brush. I called and thy said there is nothing they can do. So now I'm stuck being in pain with them doing nothing about it. And to top it off I have to go pay another dentist more to fix thier mistakes. Worst experience ever and very rude. Other then the lady who did my cleaning.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Extremely rude! Not only I have experienced it but Ive talked to many local friends that have experienced it also. And I can only hope they will fix my daughters tooth appropriately when the time comes when she gets her braces off ( but I doubt they will) that they discolored and blamed it on her gums bleeding! (Even her orthodontist said it was a poor excuse!) Ive been going to them for close to 15 years and never had problems until the last couple years. You see I dont carry good insurance anymore...so they treat me accordingly. They basically want me to leave... And now...they went and cancelled my boyfriends appointment just because they couldnt get a hold of his insurance comp. right away... after I told them he would pay out of his pocket even if his insurance wouldnt cover it! He drove a half an hour there just to find out they cancelled his own darn appointment! This is uncalled for!
