Nice clean office. I went in for a cleaning and it went very smoothly. I was suffering from some sensitivity and they fixed it for me!

Been a patient for several years. Great staff and up to date technology. Would highly recommend if you're new in the area and shopping around.

My wife is the biggest scaredy cat ever! She was totally freaked out about her upcoming visit to the dentist. She had some serious issues that needed immediate attention. After over 3 hours, she walked out happy and relieved! All of the staff were great, especially Dr. Heisley!!!! Needless to say, we have found a dentist! I may even schedule an appointment for myself! JK......LOL

Staff welcomed me, giving me their procedures regarding Covid protection. They are competent, friendly and caring. I'm glad I started coming here 3 yrs ago!

I absolutely love everyone at New Lenox Dental group. They have been taking care of me for over ten years. And now they are taking care of my whole family. I say they are "taking care of me" because I am a super nervous patient and they truly make me feel comfortable and cared for! I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. I have had tons of dental work fillings, crowns and root canals, a partial and even teeth being pulled. I used to be scared and that why I had to have so much work done. But now I can't wait to see them and they all feel like family! Thank you Dr. C and all the amazing people that care for my whole family!

Dr. Caesar Ciaglia is an outstanding doctor who has a great reputation. I am thankful for his fantastic care of my daughter. His quality and integrity as a dentist and, more fundamentally, as a person, shine through. He really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him. You don't find the same quality somewhere else. I also go there to do regular cleaning and trust me it is different than any other offices. The care and quality is outstanding. Amazing staff

This is THE BEST dental office I have been to period! The hygienists and dentists are incredible. If you're not thoroughly satisfied with where you go now, I absolutely recommend this practice.

Extremely clean and comfortable dentist office. Employees are very friendly, hygienist are very friendly and respectful of your comfort. Doctor's are very nice and very concerned about how you feel so not to have a bad experience during any procedure. Love this dental office, have been with them for several years!!

My company switched insurance, I called NLDG and asked them if they took my new insurance. They said "yes". Went in for root canal and found out after that they took the new insurance but not in network so basically got screwed paying over $1000 more than I should have. In spite of understandable anger with the dishonesty and purposeful omission of the fact I was going to get screwed, and the run around about what insurance would cover, I asked the office lady, "what is it going to take to pay so I can never have to deal with you again" I was told a very high number but paid it and moved on until I started getting messages that I still owed another 300+ miraculously. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

My smile is almost perfect. Major cosmetic done porcelain caps for my two front teeth. Was a bit nervous at first but Dr. Caesar made me feel very comfortable and at easy. He took his time and showed me the looks of it along the way. Needless to say five stars for a DAMN GOOD JOB WELL DONE! Next 1Implant

Excellent chairside manner by both the Doctor and Staff. Family friendly atmosphere and they are up to date on all technology. They impressed me with how much they focus on patient education. The Doctor, his assistant, and my hygienist all took time with me to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.
