My son was gravely injured and due to this injury my son lost his bottom front teeth, my son and myself were emotionally and mentally exhausted from the trauma and needed some honest help. Upon arriving at office I spoke to Jeanette office manager and explained the ordeal she then connected me with Dr. Nour and I must say this location and staff are a God send. The staff was amazing at helping my son regain his smile and confidence, their patience and above and beyond attitude allowed us to move past the trauma into healing. Thank you to Jeanette, Dr. Nour and Kayla y'all are amazing. The dental hygienist Kathy as well. Thank you all. I literally recommended this location to my entire family and we are all loyal patients. Thank you again.

The office staff is exceptional. My hygienist was very professional, thorough and careful during my cleaning. Dr. Noora (sp) was very professional and thorough in his review of my X-rays and chart. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

I've been going to this place since spring 2022and they've been very nice respectful and very flexible with the appointments . I definitely recommend them as they know what they are doing.

Dental hygienist seemed new. First time in my life I have had a painful cleaning. Lots of painful random grinding at my gums. Vigorous movement of her dental instrument while the metal handle banged against my teeth. Water spraying all over my face!? I think she smeared the toothpaste around my teeth with her finger instead of the tooth polisher? Not sure where their experienced hygienist went but i am not sure i will return to this dentist.

I enjoyed my experience at new image dentistry. My concerns were all addressed during my visit and I definitely had a lot of concerns about my teeth. All the staff were friendly and transparent with billing and medical issues. The ladies at the front desk went through all my charges and what they were for as well as being in frequent contact with my insurance. The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable and genuinely listened to my concerns. I'm very happy with my care, I never felt forced to have any procedure done. They are very accommodating. I went to another dentist in the area and had a far less positive experience than I did at New image dentistry. I definitely recommend this dentist!

From the office staff to the technical staff, the experience was exceptional. Very professional and caring. Dr Doomra is a very good Dentist. He preformed a difficult dental procedure for me and I am happy with his work.

I been going there for few job done already and can complaint about the service ,everyone make you feel like family and comfortable a the same time all my fam goes there and we'll talking care of them ,Dr.Doomra and his assistant are the best ,I will recommend them without no doubt,at the same time so unfortunate won't be seeing them again my insurance is out of the network and need to get onother dentist wish is not easy to get with the quality and comfort as them. Thanks again

Best service ever, Ana is a very sweet and communicator person as well as Cathy nobody cleans teeth like her and the front desk lady Jannette was very good too, I recommend this place100%

I had an dental appointment on 5/18/2022 with Dr. Kamini Talati,(New Image Dentistry) & my review is about my experience & the unprofessional & disgusting way I was treated. I was a new patient & the receptionist/office manager whose name is Missy asked me for my Delta Dental ID card.I told her I did not have an actual card & the insurance clearly states that it is not required. She claims that she told me on the phone that I needed an ID card which is not true. When I called to confirm that they accepted my insurance, the only thing she mentioned that long as it wasn't an HMO it was fine.While I was there, I logged into my account & it had my plan number, enrollee number, & group number. My insurance says that as long as I give them my name, date of birth & SS number plus the other information it should have been more than enough. She was fixated on an ID card & her attitude was rude & hostile throughout. All this interaction happened in less than 5 minutes. She also mentioned AARP & I told her I did not have AARP & she may have mixed me up with another patient & she didn't seem to like the fact that I suggested she may have made a mistake.This disgraceful visit all boiled down to the fact that I did not have an actual ID card with me. She then told me that this was the not the office for me & told me to leave. As I was going out the door, I saw her waving her hands as if to banish me. To say that I was shocked by her behavior would be an understatement. My periodontist gave me the name of two dentists, & after reading the glowing reviews about the dentist & her staff I decided on her office.The first person that you come in contact with in a doctor or dental office is the receptionist, & what a bad impression she made. The dentist & her staff are probably very nice as the reviews suggested but she was not. I find it very hard to believe that I am the only one she treated in this appalling way. My first impression of this office was not a good one, & I would never recommend this office based on how I was treated.

Called in today 5/13/2022 to setup and a new patient account and to book an appointment for a future date. Was told there openings for today so I went ahead and booked for today. The woman I spoke to for the booking/account setup process was extremely pleasant, she even put me in a good mood after interacting with her on the phone. I knew ahead of time that the office would probably be busy since my appointment was so last minute so I went with that in mind. I got there for my appointment time, got called back about 20 mins later for X-rays and sat in the dental chair and watch Dr. G medical exminer until the Dr. was able to see me. Overall the exam went great, Dr. was friendly and apologetic for the wait which I didn't care, Dr. G was on I was entertained. Appointment last about 2 hrs from check-in to finish. I have my deep cleaning scheduled for next month.
