Dr. Deaton grew up in Rattan, Oklahoma, and graduated from Rattan High School in 1985. He attended Oklahoma State University for 4 years, and finished his education at Creighton University School of Dental earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1993. Dr. Deaton worked for one of the leading dentists in modern dental technology after graduation. He then started a practice of his own in Antlers in 1994. In 2000 Dr. Deaton purchased New Image Dental of Hugo from Dr. Lance Wyche and has been practicing dentistry there for nearly 15 years.
Dr. Deaton is a member of several organizations: American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental Association, Eastern District Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, The American Orthodontic Society, and The International Association for Orthodontics. He has advanced studies in orthodontics, endodontics, and implants.
Dr. Deaton is an upbeat, Christian man who enjoys the great outdoors. He recently married his beautiful wife Liz. They have 3 daughters, 2 sons, 3 son in-laws, 5 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 1 daughter in-law. He loves spending quality time with his growing family.

Had a partial made at New Image Dental. They worked with Chickasaw Nation to get all the necessary paperwork and approvals. I had root canals and partial done. I didn't have to wait long because everything is done in house and did not have any out of pocket expenses. It is 6 months later and I love my new smile. Best decision I have ever made.
