I visited this facility back in 2019 or 2020. However, they were unwilling to help me with my situation, I guess it was too much work for them to handle. They're BASiC DENTISTS (fillings / cleanings) . I found the best DENTISTS in Orange County Dr. HUNG DINH & HIS WIFE...EXTRAORDINARY!!! My teeth are BEAUTIFUL. You want the best go to Orange County.

New Image Dental is the greatest dental office l've ever been to. There are things that I wanted to highlight cause my visit was really one of a kind. 1. PAIN FREE- I had my root canal done. I am a coward and never a fan of dentists but the experience here at New Image Dental made my perception of the dentists different. Everything from front to back was all positive 2. Dentists are ALL GREAT. Dr. Adams is so nice and friendly- She took the time to explain to me the procedures that they were doing and they were very patient regarding my questions. 3. The office is clean and very organized- which is very important factor for a dental office as well. 4. ALL THE STAFFS ARE FRIENDLY AND APPROACHABLE. They are funny and knowledgeable, makes the visit very warm. I will definitely recommend this office to everybody!!

Receptionist with purple hair is rude. I observed her talk to clients of color in a derogatory "ghetto" fashion. From her interaction with people, I choose not to use this places services. No one should be subjected to type of treatment seeking dental treatment. Do not recommend

DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! This is a BAIT N SWITCH operation. SO OVER PRICED! They are OVER CHARGING people for items they are NOT providing. They will draw up a "dental plan" and sprinkled in all kinds of stuff THAT SHOULD BE optional. But of course, no options are given. They put them in there anyway for the UP CHARGE. And when called on it, they will apologize and say..... "Sorry, but you signed for it." WTH ?! First of all... I signed for one thing, (upper stay plate) and they gave me something else (Essex) instead. IN THE BEGINNING, I specifically told my dentist that THIS (temporary piece) wasn't necessary because I was wearing a mask all day anyway. I was given a return appointment, but was seen (by an assistant) who sloppily threw together an ESSEX anyway. I immediately complained and asked her 'what was this for? I don't need this." and took it out of my mouth. She told me not to worry, it was part of my "plan" I contacted the office the next day and the gave me the run around. WTH....$400 for a skimpy mouth tray and some molded plastic? FOH .. .....And DON'T expect to see ANYONE WHO WAS ADVERTISED in the pics.

I have know Dr. Donell for years and he is a wonderful dentist! I had an emergency and he removed my tooth right away. I was in so much pain until he removed the tooth. He is a really good doctor!

Before you go here read the reviews. The staff is nice but they have shady billing practices & they use dentist that are not in the network which makes it easy for them to over charge you. It took them 6 hours to do a Root Canal yes 6 long excruciating hours. Then the dentist, I don't know how she got her license but she wanted to file down my top teeth, she said they were too sharp, then she tried to take off the cement off the temporary crown with broken equipment. Common sense didn't tell her maybe the equipment is broken so she just passed off the work to an assistant who knew right away the equipment was broken. Passing off her work to her assistance when she couldn't figure it out was something she did a lot or she would just have them stand their & give her instructions on how to perform a particular task. I lost the feeling on that side of my mouth for 4 months. I was traumatized from this place. Please think before you go & please compare prices. Delta Dentist told me they charged twice the amount for what root canals usually cost

Courteous and friendly staffing. Very disappointed though in them staying true to their word. I was told on October 9th that they will request a pre-authorization and it takes about three weeks. It is now November 12th and I called to see where things are at and nothing has been submitted. Everyone's experience is different so I would say try it you might have a different out come then me.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER, I sent my daughter to them, long story short.... I am DEMANDING A REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. (UNCOMPLETE BRIDGE WORK... NOT RIGHT.. NOT FAIR... INCONVENIENCE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. Need MONEY BACK NOW!!!

Our experience at New Image Dental was above and beyond what we expected! Me and husband came in after years of avoiding dental care. We had no idea what to expect and I particularly was anxious and worried about the pain involved in the progres. DR. Adams and her crew was the most kind, gentle and efficient crew we could had wish for. After a few hours we got our smiles back and I know that from now on I would get treated ONLY there. The kindness and patience we got at the clinic are not obvious to receive and I am extremely grateful for that.

Highly recommend! Clean, professional, responsible. I had a very complicated molar nerve inflammation case with enormous pain. Dr. Anna explained me the options, prescribed the medication scheduled the next visit. THEY CALLED ME NEXT DAY just to check out my conditions. Receptionists are always attentive and taking care of all my procedures. The Xrays were done smoothly. The root canal procedure took 40 minutes for doctor to accomplish. Overall - great experience. I will recommend Anna to all my friends and family.

I am very thankful for the service I received from the new image dental office, the staff Lilian, Berni, Joan, and Dr. Adams, and Dr. Mataria Ahmed are the best. They did a top-notch job reconstructing almost my full mouth teeth. I want to give special thanks to Dr. Mataria Ahmed, he is absolutely the best dentist I have ever known.
