Been going to New Horizons for the past few years and have never had a bad experience. They're always running on time, staff has always been friendly and approachable and office is clean and tidy. Janet is the best hygienist I've ever gone to.

I was scheduled to see my dentist for a crown and some other work and was told that they had left due to an emergency. It's very hard for me to schedule time off of work and initially I was very upset. My follow up appointment was with Dr. Jen. She was very apologetic about what had happened and was very understanding about why I was so upset. Dr. Jen was very professional and by far one of the most skilled dentists I have ever worked with. I was very comfortable during my time in the chair. Dr. Jen is definitely the standard that all other dentists should strive to follow.

I was looking for a new dentist and will continue to look. I just wanted to go in for a basic cleaning and asked to know how much it cost. The lady I spoke with wouldn't tell me the price but kept talking about some dental plan they have. I kept asking for the cost but she kept insisting that the dental plan was cheaper and wouldn't answer my question. I was then told that I wouldn't be able to seen anymore for a few months for cleanings. I don't remember her name but it didn't seem like they were very interested in my business so I'll go somewhere else.

I've always had amazing service! Staff are super sweet, friendly and welcoming. I'm not a fan of dentist but Dr Jen has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. The lobby and rooms are always clean and comfortable. If needed they work with you on a payment plan. Thank you

My last visit wasn't so great. I was referred to an endodontic for deep root analysis. My PA showed something suspect. I was told I needed to call the place and let them know I'm being referred and to give them this long description of why I'm being referred. I'm normally used to each clinic contacting the specialist and letting them know the problem. Followed by getting a phone call from the specialist clinic to setup for appointment. The new place was very nice and the chairs have a nice new feature for massage. But the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth is not my favorite. I do miss my teeth being cleaned by my old dental hygienist, I don't think she works there anymore (her name is Julie I think). Anyway, I have been coming here for years with my husband and daughter and I will probably likely be seeking another place to take over our dental needs.

I've been a patient for about 15 years. Doctor Jenn and Hygienist Laura are the best. The entire staff makes one feel welcomed and are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend New Horizons Dental to my family members and friends!

Have been coming here for years and now they are at their new location. Beautiful building. Good location. Never had problems with my cleanings. I wouldn't recommend getting too much work done at the same time. I did that and it was hard on my jaw and caused TMJ for a couple of months. Otherwise I have no complaints.

Everyone at New Horizons Dental is friendly and helpful, but Dr. Nataliia is a rockstar! She has great bedside manner and is very personable, all while providing the highest level of patient care. She's skilled in all facets of the dental practice, including hygienist, and even took x-rays in the absence of an available assistant. Dr. Nataliia is a true asset to this well established dental practice and I'm very pleased with the new office location!

Nice people, but I'm not impressed. I made an appointment for a broken tooth. On the first appointment they gave me an examination only and quote for a cleaning, extraction, and a filling. On the second appointment to get the filling they refused to do it because of my blood pressure. She also said they'd need a doctor's note before they'd do anything. (IMHO this should have been discussed on the first appointment) By this time, my tooth had been broken for over a month and had become pretty painful. So, I called another dentist in Vancouver. The other place got me in that day and took care of all my dental issues in one appointment. Needless to say, I won't be back to New Horizons Dental.

I went here for the first time in this week. I had a great experience, I didn't wait but maybe 3 minutes they got me back did all my x-rays and cleaned my teeth. The staff are friendly and helpful. Service with a smile and good conversation. I was highly impressed. I would definitely recommend this Dentist to anyone.

STAY AWAY!! This dental group is interested in your money only. They do not listen to the patient. In a very short period of time I spent all of the money I had left and they ruined my mouth. I am on a campaign to retrieve every cent paid to this dentist so i can have repaired the mess they made in my mouth. Space does not allow the full statement of facts about this place, just STAY AWAY!!!

Have been asking the office to supply the pathology to my insurance carrier for several months. Have been told that they would/did but two months and still not submitted. This is needed to show that the dental work was needed and required.

I have been going to Dr Steve with my family for 25+ years. Very professional and always on point. Excellent care as always. He is practical and thorough and down right personable. Laura the hygienist is awesome.

Service not what it used to be from not being advised they changed who you are actually seeing for a cleaning to setting an appt with MY dentist for a filling replacement and I show up and he was off that day so your passed on to in my opinion to a substandard dentist,to cancelling my next cleaning appt which was prepaid by the way and told I can't get in until 2 months later this definitely isn't the same practice I have been trusting my dental care with for over 30 years

After not going to the dentist for way too long because of bad dental anxiety, I gave New Horizons a shot since their temporary office is a short walk from my home. I had such a great experience! the moment I walked in I was greeted by the kind front office workers who remembered me from my phone call to them a month ago. I had my cavities filled quickly, and had the best teeth cleaning of my LIFE! No one shamed me or made me feel bad for the condition of my teeth, and they helped educate me and made sure I fully understood what they were doing to my mouth. I am glad I found a dental team I want to work with for the foreseeable future. Thank you guys so much for your help!

Great care, rest assured! I grew up in dentistry and I've been in dozens of practices and these guys have the most experienced and friendly staff. The assistants know as much as the doctors and their attention to detail is excellent. My dentist fixed things no other dentist had even noticed and took the time to do the extra, minor repairs in addition to my scheduled treatment. I had my wife get her veneers here and they turned out great. Top notch care!

I am incredibly scared of going to the dentist. When I was younger I didn't have the best dentist and had teeth pulled to make room for braces. I remember the feeling when they pulled the teeth. My friend from work told me about this place. Love Dr.Jen and Laura! They have made going to get my teeth cleaned so much better. I use to not go every 6 months and avoided it as much as possible. Now I'm a regular. The free Gas to calm my nerves helps so much to. But the team in general all around are so kind and you can tell them love what they do. I will NEVER switch! Thank you New Horizons for making going to the dentist not so scary.
