Dr. Hara is my 3rd dentist in a span 4 years after moving to Texas ! A visit to the dentist is not something I look forward to but, Dr. Hara and her team have made it a stress free experience. I cannot say enough good things about her and her staff (Courtney and Rachel). She is a highly skilled dentist who is empathetic, patient, meticulous and a perfectionist - amazing qualities for a medical professional. Her staff is - Rachel and Courtney are also very talented, always cheerful and fun to engage in conversation. I do not believe that I would ever say this - but I enjoy my dental visits ! Dr. Hara and her team are dental care professionals for my wife and 2 girls. Thank you so much for everything all of you do for us !!! I highly recommend the team at New Horizon Dental.

Great experience, the facility is very new and Dr. H really cares for her patients. I have been to many Dentists, but I believe New Horizons Dental exceeds all expectations and maintains the highest quality of services. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to people with allergies--latex etc. Due to my allergy severity, I normally have to nit-pick every item to ensure my safety, but with Dr. H she was already prepared and cautious before attempting to play the guessing game--which I appreciated. I plan to continue seeing Dr. H and recommend her to my friends, family, and fellow internet browsers.

This is my experience. I had been a long time client and had a good experience and spent a significant amount of money with Dr Hara with Dental Implants until my insurance changed to a plan he does not accept. Unfortunately one of my Implants failed and had to be removed due to what was suspected as the epoxy being used to affix the crown to the abutment being the cause. Both Dr Hara and my Oral surgeon (one who did the implant) agreed to resolving my issue. My Oral surgeon was superb in working with me to remove the infected implant, bone grafted my jaw, and added a new implant under a warrantee and a reduced cost. Now that the implant has healed and I am ready for abutment and associated crown, Dr. Hara has "fired me as a patient" via certified letter and has reneged on her agreement to implement the abutment and crown and a specific reduced cost. I have contacted her office several times and she has not returned my call as she "fired me as a patient". I had spent several thousands of dollars with Dr Hara on Implant procedures and I am totally disappointed in her reneging on her agreement. I have recommended Dr Hara to my friends for dental care in the past. Unfortunately when it comes to profits, her demeanor changes and I will no longer recommend her. Client Beware. #no-warrantee-dental Response: Thanks for attempting to respond via this thread, but as your office know, I have called your office several times with no return phone call to address this situation. I did receive the certified letter your office sent me informing me that you have fired me as a patient - just in time for the replacement abutment and crown to take place - hence the reasons I contacted your office several times. I truly don't understand why you sent me that letter.

Dr. Hara and her team are wonderful! They are friendly, relaxed, and professional. Dr. Hara's cleanings are thorough and my comfort is a top priority during any work she performs. They truly care about their patients and I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Hara is amazing. She has a great team as well. I am so glad I found her. Her interest in my dental health is wonderful and she always wants to make sure I am comfortable. Her caring nature is beyond compare and her expertise is amazing. Believe me I have had my share of dental work from other dentists; she is the best. I always know what to expect and any options that I may have for my treatment. Thank you Dr. Hara, Susan and Courtney; you are all appreciated.

Dr. Hara and her staff are wonderful! She has been our dentist for a little over 2 years now and we will never go to anyone else. My husband hates the dentist but that all changed when he started seeing Dr. Hara. I needed extensive dental work so Dr. Hara put together a treatment plan, spacing out my appointments to coincide with my work schedule. They are beyond fantastic! I highly recommend them.

The whole staff is such a joy to be around. I normally hate going to the dentist but since finding Dr. Hara (over 6+ years already) I do not mind going in to get my teeth cleaned or repaired. Very friendly staff and clean office. They always let you know in advance what to expect and the charges. No unexpected expenses.
