First time. Everyone very pleasant. I had Melina as my Hygienist. Excellent care. August 2022. My 2nd visit. Really great place. Melina is still excellent. Great personality and very professional. Dr. Sweeney is a very nice guy and also very professional. Ladies up front are friendly and very pleasant . I had a great dentist (Dr. Ortega) but she retired. Figured I'd never find a dental group like hers. But New Heights has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended .

I found the staff and doctor professional in their explanation of my medical problem , a clear plan to follow in attempt to correct the problem, and how to follow up if I did not heal....... I would recommend them to those in need of quality dental care.

I'm an old dentist and choose to have my dental care provided by New Heights. I sit here with a numb lip writing this after having a couple fillings done and can tell you from many years of experience that the care I've received here has been excellent. If my mother was still alive, God rest her soul, I'd trust Dr. Sweeney and staff to take care of her.

I do not like going to the dentist. It's going to Be Heights is never as bad as my imagination wants me to believe. This may not sound like a rave review, but coming from me... It is.

I called to cancel an appointment and recieved a condescending lecture about how inconvenient it is for the staff. Because my parents are also clients, the receptionist feels it's appropriate to speak to me like a child. Her tone was amazingly disrespectful and unprofessional. I've also had an assistant explicitly express disappointment in my brushing habits, even after I told her how my disability affects how much I'm able to do. She ignored what I said, essentially telling me to "try harder" to overcome my disability for the sake of my oral health. Many of the staff are fine, but these couple of people who work here make going to the dentist such a deeply miserable experience. Today was the last straw for me. My advice: if you're white and not disabled, you'll probably be fine here. If you need health care that's inclusive and non-judgmental, avoid this office. Edit to clarify: I have no issue paying a cancellation fee. I take issue with being told what a nusiance it is. It's nice to wax poetic about inclusivity, but my lived experience says otherwise.
