We are new patients from California. Everything was perfect from how the receptionist made every effort to get me as soon as possible with problem with a root canal, to the hygienist to the Dr. All very friendly, caring & helpful!

New haven dental group really knows how to make you feel like a valued customer. They make sure to clean your teeth thoroughly but also consider how to make you comfortable throughout the cleaning to minimize pain. Very sweet and caring staff:)

I highly recommend New Haven Dental. I go to the Branford office but I have been to another office location as well. The staff and the dentists are absolutely the best! If you're looking for a dentist, don't look anywhere else!

Love this office, the staff is super friendly and they take you right in at your appointment time, no waiting for a half hour. The Dental Hygienist and Dentist are extremely nice people who are passionate and excellent at their job. I have a lot of sensitivity and experienced zero pain. I'm glad I switched to them as a new patient and if you're looking for a dentist I recommend them highly.

Excellent dentist office. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Dr. Desseraux is a friendly and excellent dentist. Kathy and Lea are always friendly and helpful at the front desk.

I established care with Dr. Dessereaux at New Haven Dental Group in late December 2021 and could not be happier with my decision! I had previously been treating with a chain dental practice in CT and required more skilled services. I am back on track with a regular cleaning schedule and just scheduled an appointment to have some small cavities filled later this month. I had the most thorough cleaning today that I've ever had in my life with dental hygienist, Melissa. The entire staff at New Haven Dental Group is fabulous! This practice is professional, timely, extremely proactive with appointment reminders, very skilled at what they do and the Branford office that I treat at is impeccably clean and in 100% compliance with all Covid-19 guidelines, making for a very pleasant and safe experience. Again, I could not be happier with my decision to switch to New Haven Dental Group and I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to consider making the same change that I did if you're looking for top quality dental care, a friendly and professional staff and a practice that operates more efficiently than any dental group that I've ever experienced before. New Haven Dental Group is truly a pleasure to be a patient of!
