Dr. Aaronson was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She answered all questions and followed up the evening after my daughters procedure. I recommend for anyone with a newborn with a tongue/lip tie.

I've had great experiences with Dr. Birnbaum and Dr. Aaronson- they are both knowledgeable, use the most modern equipment (Dr. Aaronson also has a monitor in her office where you can watch anything from Netflix, etc. while she works on you- the perfect distraction), and do wonderful work! I always receive a great cleaning every time with both hygienists and office staff is pleasant and organized as well.

Dr. Aaronson and the office staff at New Generation were amazing to work with. I found out at approx. 8 weeks that my newborn daughter had a tongue and lip tie. After a couple of weeks of back and fourth, we ultimately decided to have the procedure done to revise both ties. I did a consultation at both New Generation and with a recommended provider out of Lexington to see who I felt more comfortable with. I immediately knew that I felt more at ease with Dr. Aaronson who was very informative with her diagnosis yet also not very aggressive or adamant/persuasive about revising the ties right then and there, which was not my experience with the other provider whom I met with. The other provider, while also informative, was much more "doom and gloom" and pressuring to have the revision done at the time of the consultation. New Generation was also significantly less expensive to have both ties released, however I'd like to note that that did not factor into my decision making process as I was ultimately just looking to have a great provider do the work to ensure the least traumatic experience for my daughter. The procedure with Dr. Aarsonson was very quick and my little girl was back in my arms in about 5 minutes. As a first time Mom I was a basket-case with worry before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Aaronson gave me her personal cell phone and told me to feel free to call or text with any questions or concerns at any time of day, hourly if needed. She also followed up via phone several hours after her procedure to check in on how my daughter was doing. I cannot say how much of a relief and appreciated it was so have this extra reassurance. As again a first time nervous Mom, the comfort and advice that I received from Dr. Aarsonson post-procedure really aided in calming my nerves and helped us have a smooth/short recovery. Since our revision three weeks ago, Dr. Aaronson has allowed for follow ups free of charge to confirm proper healing and make sure we have on the right track. She and the entire staff at NG were so sweet with not only my little girl but myself as well during a nerve wracking time. I highly recommend New Generation and could not say enough good things about this friendly and professional practice.

I have been a patient of this dental practice for 16 years and I believe my dental care to be second to none. Drs. Birnbaum and Aronson are attentive, pleasant, highly qualified and professional. The staff is efficient and helpful. Plus, I am always taken on-time, whether its is for an exam or cleaning. At the age of 69, my teeth are in excellent condition and I attribute this to the care and attention given to me by this office. If I could, I would give this practice a10!

If you've ever had REALLY bad tooth pain late at night and needed help, you'll be more easily able to understand what it means when you call your Dr. past 10:30pm on a Sunday night--and she actually CALLS YOU BACK within 15 minutes. Both Drs. Birnbaum and Aaronson are absolutely phenomenal, but I have been seeing Dr. Aaronson for a few years now, and I can't express my praise & gratitude enough. She is one of those very few and uniquely gifted dentists who actually TRULY CARES about her patients in ways that, unfortunately, many drs. don't know how to these days. I have spent many years of my professional career working with different types of doctors around the country, attended countless dental and medical conferences, I've known many medical professionals, but Dr. Heidi Aaronson is a cut above the rest. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and New Generation Dental Center. I have referred my family and friends there, and will continue to do so until they start turning patients away (which they hopefully won't ever have to do, because they're AWESOME!!!)

When I moved to the Boston area in 2014, I asked my trusted former dentist for the name of a good practice, and he recommended this one. After several years as a patient, all I can say is that I wish the experience with these folks could be replicated for all types of medical care. From the moment you walk in, the staff are friendly and attentive. Both Dr. Aaronson and Karen the hygienist (love Karen!) remember my name, my dental history, and even personal details I've shared in chatting. That's nice, for sure -- but what really sets this practice apart is the integrity and communication of the doctors and staff. They truly believe in educating their patients, not just issuing "do this, not that" advice. They will happily explain (and contextualize!) anything you ask about -- causes, treatments, prevention, diagnosis, practical home solutions. They want to arm you with as much knowledge as possible. I (admittedly) ask a lot of questions, so I learn something new every time I come in to the office. But you don't have to grill them with questions to stay informed -- they provide helpful info freely, including things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. The other thing I must underline (!) is that this practice is truly focused on the long-term dental health of its patients. They don't peddle cosmetic nonsense, and they don't try to squeeze every last dollar out of you with overkill and extras. When I came in for TMJ-related headaches, Dr. Aaronson recommended a $30 splint I could try before springing for that custom $300+ night guard. An oral cancer screening method that I purchased as an add-on during an exam one year was included standard with the exam by the next year. And so on. This practice sees many elderly patients, including some who they've known for decades. They are clearly banking on fostering trust and loyalty in their patients, not milking them. And it's working, as here I am writing this review. (Patient context: I've seen Dr. Aaronson for routine cleanings/exams, and for TMJ pain.)

Hello - Just wanted to drop you a note about my mouth pain as I always think its good to have information passed along. I came in the other day after days of mouth pain which felt very similar to that of an infection Ive had in recent years that led to a root canal. In a complicated window (being nine months pregnant) you and Karen spent a lot of time evaluating and caring for my situation. Your assessment seems to have been right. After no more than 1 hour I found relief in using the aqualizer. By the next day pain was totally gone. Best $40 solution! Thanks for the help once again. Sybil

I can't recommend Dr. Heidi Aaronson and the team at Next Generation Dental Center enough! My daughter (H) began seeing Dr. Heidi around her third birthday and of course was very reluctant to have her first dental exam. Dr. Heidi and her staff made my daughter feel immediately comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I was amazed at all they had to offer to make H's first experience at the dentist a great one. H was able to choose her favorite movie to watch on the screen above her chair while she got a very gentle and efficient cleaning. She loved having her teeth "painted" purple, deciding between chocolate and bubble gum toothpaste, and playing games about sugar bugs. At the end, she got to choose a fun toy to take home. H always looks forward to going to the dentist now due to the positive experiences she has had with Dr. Heidi. Dr. Heidi is patient and kind and has a great way with children. The office is extremely clean and inviting, with lots of natural light and high-end equipment - nothing like your childhood dentist's office! Billing and scheduling are always efficient, and they offer text and email reminders for when dental visits are due. Going to the dentist has never been such a great experience. Go to Next Generation, you won't be disappointed!

my visit was very nice, Dr. Heidi was attentive as always and so was Sharon(?) my dental assistant. Danielle at the front desk asked me how my visit went, which I always really appreciate. On the treatment side of things, my jaw feels more relaxed!
