Dr. Irukulla went to New York University College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. An avid learner and a perfectionist with a penchant for constantly improving herself, Dr. Irukulla has continuously been studying and applying her knowledge to her practice. She also completed her Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry and is currently pursuing her Masters with the Academy of General Dentistry. Where the state board requires 30 CE credits in 2 years, Dr. Irukulla has obtained 800 educational credits so far and still counting.

Passionate about learning new technologies and implementing them for the betterment of others, Dr. Irukullas childhood dream was to become a doctor. She finds helping people very gratifying. As of 2012, she took over as owner of and leads the team at New Falls Dental group which has a loyal base of patients for over 50 years. She feels that most dental offices are a closed space which could add to patients fear of dentistry. Hence, when she decided to transform the office, she put a lot of emphasis on providing a stress-free and calm environment complemented with an abundant use of natural light. The aim was to create a space that patients can find comfort in, and it was made from sustainable material. In her view, what sets New Falls dental apart is the fact that we treat our patients as family. Being gentle and attention to detail are our fortes. We genuinely care for them and make them feel relaxed by explaining the procedures at every point. Our patients also have entrusted us with the belief that we do what is best for them. With state-of-the-art equipment and the best materials, we provide an unparalleled quality of care.

When off-work, she loves listening to music and playing sitar, a stringed instrument. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her friends and family. Her other interest areas include reading books, playing board games, hiking, and going for long walks. Dr. Irukulla has also participated in many community services like going on an outreach program to Guatemala, providing free dental check-ups for the local school and providing Thanksgiving dinners to the local, needy families amongst others.

Dr. Shukurov is a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and has over 13 years of experience in dentistry. The precision and patience with which a dentist treats their patients are, for Dr Rustam, pure art. Always aiming at a comprehensive dental experience for his patients, Dr. Shukurov has ensured that his skill sets kept constantly evolving through volunteering and continuing education. His patients swear by his painless procedures and thorough examinations.

Dr. Shukurov goes out of his way to collaborate with patients and informs them at every step about the course of treatment he plans for them. His own first visit to a dentist was an unpleasant one, and thus, he does everything in his capacity to make the patient comfortable and at ease.

The customer-first approach at New Falls Dental is what resonates with Dr. Shukurov significantly. We build trust with our patients, which goes a long way and, at the same time, offer services that are much more affordable than many. He appreciates that there is a constant focus on skill up-gradation at New Falls Dental, and the focus we have put on the aesthetics of our office to create an exceptional experience.

Marie started out as a sterilization tech when she was only 15 years old. With over four decades of experience in the dental field, her journey from a sterilization tech to assistant to EFDA and now being a practice coordinator, has been absolutely satisfying for her. Her motivation for being in dentistry stems from her mothers experience with dental care where she transitioned from having a beautiful smile to losing all her teeth and getting dentures and then being diagnosed with an allergy to the denture material.

At New Falls Dental, she finds our customer-centric approach goes a long way and the gentle and quality care that we provide to our patients is top notch. She feels it sets us apart that we devote time to answering any questions that our patients may have. In her opinion, word of mouth is the highest form of recommendation a practice can receive; and New Falls Dental is a 5-star practice in that respect with new technologies used for our patients comfort and accurate diagnosis.

When not working, Marie loves going for walks, cooking, and baking. Spending time with her mother, who is also her best friend, and with her two sons and great-nephews, brings her joy. Marie also participates in various charitable activities like breast cancer awareness and suicide prevention walks, and she also helps the local community with food drives, toy drives and supplies for abused women and children.

  • CEREC CEREC stands for Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramic. It is a system that ensures that dental restorations can be created in a single-visit. It uses CAD/CAM (computer-aided design/manufacturing) for the fabrication of dental restorations. It can be used to design dental implants, crowns, inlays and onlays, bridges and dentures etc.Once the area in question has been given anaesthesia and prepared for the procedure, the dentist scans the tooth with the CEREC device. The digital image produced is used to make a computerized design of the crown. Using this highly accurate image, the actual crown is milled from ceramic. This ensures a single-visit restoration procedure and the restorations milled using this process are known to last a long time.
  • iTero Element Scanner Remember the old putty-based impressions that dentists used to take? Well, it is time we moved on to a less messy and state-of-the-art impression systems like the iTero Element Scanner. With this digital system, we can get a detailed 3D image of your teeth and gums. It becomes much easier for us to diagnose problems and offer the correct and more accurate solution. • 3D Cone Beam CT With revolutionary technologies like Cone Beam CT, dental care has become a collaborative process between the dentist and the patient. It is one of the most sophisticated devices of all times.
  • Where is it used? Orthodontics: An accurate image of the teeth and jaw structure helps in determining precisely where and how a tooth should be moved Dental implants: CBCT images help us determine where exactly to place the implants while avoiding sinuses, nerves, and areas of low bone density Oral surgery: Tumors and teeth impacted by them can be treated better with the aid of the detailed scans by CBCT Endodontics: While performing intricate procedures like a root canal treatment, CBCT helps with a clearer scan so that the dentists are able to plan and perform the procedure with precision for a better outcome Sleep Apnea: the images pertaining to the tissues and structures of the nose, throat and mouth help in better diagnosis of the condition

  • Nomad Pro 2 Wouldnt it be so convenient to not navigate across a dentists office to get x-rays and then come back to the dental chair? At New Falls Dental, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priority. With the Nomad Pro 2 x-ray system, which is portable, and the operator can bring the x-ray machine to you. Also, the sensor remains in your mouth for a much lesser time because Nomad Pro 2 is much faster than the traditional x-rays.For children or patients with special needs, the retakes can be significantly reduced because the operator is constantly by their side, thereby reducing the anxiety. Moreover, the inherent shielding on the x-ray head and cone, reduces the radiation exposure of the patient.
  • Dexis CariVu Do you know we can see through your teeth to check the overall health? With the portable and compact Dexis CariVu, we can see through the teeth to expose their structures and detect any carious lesions not visible to the naked eye.Dexis CariVu uses a technology that can make your enamel look transparent. Because the lesions absorb the light and appear darker, it becomes easier for both our patients and us to see the areas that need care. The images produced by CariVu can be read like any other x-ray images. Moreover, the radiation is non-ionizing, thus, making it suitable for pregnant women, children, patients with pacemakers, or any other patient who may be averse to the radiations.
  • Dental Vibe It is a device invented to allay the fear of needles for patients avoiding dental visits. It is a unique device that sends a gentle vibration to the area of dental injection. The vibration helps in overloading the nerve that sends pain signals to your brain. This ensures that you dont register the discomfort caused by the injection. The vibration also helps in quicker assimilation of anaesthesia after the injection.Especially beneficial for children, DentalVibe helps to tackle the anxiety caused by dentist visits owing to the fear of injections. It also helps to make the visit to the dentist a pleasant experience.

I recently needed the immediate services of New Falls Dental. I was able to get an appointment within a day of calling, as a new patient. I arrived to a clean and modern designed dental office. The staff were professional and attentive to my needs. They didn't delay services. They went over all the costs before the services were performed.
