I can't say enough about New Era Dental. I was looking for snap-in dentures at an affordable price and I not only found them but hit the motherload with New Era Dental. Knowledge - professionalism - compassion and courtesy! The Doctor is wonderful and skillful - the team who works with you fine tuning your dentures is accommodating and extremely knowledgeable - even down to the office staff who worked to get the insurance in line without any work on my end and made sure there were no "surprise" extra costs! Thanks to all of you who have gotten me through this and have wiped the fear of dentistry off my list. God bless you.

Every single person, and of course the doctor, treated me wonderfully. I was extremely nervous and left with an extraction that I did not even feel pressure with, and each nurse treated me with care and EXCELLENT work. My goodness! I am so impressed. Thank you!!!!

I scheduled a new patient visit at New Era Dental and asked if bringing records from my regular office (fully booked through the year) was necessary and was told no. At the appointment the hygienist, Jenny I believe, said she needed to take full x-rays, including panoramic, before beginning. I agreed to bitewing and frontal x-rays but didn't want the additional exposure of panoramas as I'm not due. Why have the exposure if unnecessary? I have excellent oral health, have only had one cavity in 42 years, and have no dental issues. I literally just needed a cleaning. The hygienist said without ALL the x-rays she couldn't clean my teeth but she'd double check. While waiting nearly 30 minutes in the exam room I noticed a few things. I was the first patient on a Monday morning. However the floors appeared unswept and the counters clearly weren't clean as there were bits of debris on them. The room had an iPad playing bad country music with lyrics about beer drinking and scantily clad women. I found it both annoying and more importantly, inappropriate for a medical office. Jenny returned stating she can't do the cleaning & exam without panoramas. Sure wish that was disclosed when I scheduled and specifically asked about dental records. Jenny asked how long it had been since my last cleaning. I told her it was around four months. She said my insurance wouldn't cover the cleaning since it hadn't been six months. That is false. I've had the same dental insurance over a decade. I told her prior to the appointment I verified with insurance and I'm allotted two cleanings per calendar year, how they're spaced is irrelevant. The hygienist literally replied, "If your insurance covers the cleaning it's basically useless anyway since your last cleaning was just four months ago." Riiiiight. That was all I needed to hear and see to leave, never to return again. I also noticed only a couple employees wore masks, which was surprising to me. That being said the office was pretty inside, the front desk staff friendly, it's conveniently located w/ ample parking and there's plentiful appointment availability. Perhaps mine was just a poor experience with a less-than-professional hygienist but I won't be going back to find out.

Fantastic experience from a guy who hasn't been to the dentist in years. No pain quick service. Everyone is very friendly and the doctor is very experienced. Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a new dentist or worried about their first time

It was my first-time visit to New Era Dental and was a great experience with them. It was a clean place and all tools were so clean and Everybody was so friendly and professional. Doctor Ahmed is a great dentist and knowledgeable. Mis Ashly and her coworker (A dental hygiene specialist ) were great, and so patient with me during the process and also explain very well to me. Also, I should say thank you to all ladies working at the front desk. Also, I am sorry if my writing is not well.

Everyone here is very personable and professional. I had a bit of anxiety about the procedure and everyone was very clear and patient with their communication and despite getting a chunk of my head ripped out, I've got nothing but good things to say about the staff at New Era.

Dr. Eldeeb performed a tooth extraction, bone graft, and an implant for me. I had never had this extensive of a dental procedure before. It was remarkably painless. The whole experience was just great. The staff are just wonderful.
