Will not return. My 3 year old was in for a check on a cavity and Dr. Brian tells her she needs to behave and not cry otherwise she won't get a balloon. Which she remembers getting months ago at her last visit and made her happy and look forward to this visit. Walking through the parking lot to the dentist she even mentioned getting a balloon. Dr. Brian goes to the extent of saying "if you cry you won't get a balloon do you understand " to a 3 year old .... No, she does not understand she is 3. He did not show her the tool he was sticking in her mouth or explain to her that he was going to be looking in her mouth just assumed the tv screen on the ceiling would be enough to get her through the exam. So my kid uncomfortable not knowing what's entirely going on gets upset and you talk to her like she's an adult? After the minute, if that, that we were in the chair the exam is complete and my child who's now relaxed after the dentist is out of her mouth and she is comfortable again asks for a balloon and the staff says "not today we don't have any maybe next time". She is 3.... They did not make this a positive experience. I think this was terrible to not try to make a 3 year old happy no matter what. Give her something to look forward to next time.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit with how very friendly and respectful the staff was and Dr. Phan really took the initiative to look as to how my daughter's teeth were and providing a good and easy report. Thank you.

Our son had the best experience with Dr Phan and his wonderful staff. Such a caring and great experience.Their office is very clean and safe. Our son has just had his braces removed and he looks amazing!

Our three kids all needed braces and we chose Dr Phan because we heard great things about New England Smil, LLC. The office staff is always friendly and professional and I cant help but notice the place is always so clean. Our middle child Conner just had his braces removed this week and his teeth look amazing! Great job New England Smile. We now have 2 kids with perfect teeth and smiles and the youngest a year away from her braces being removed. They offered financing also which was a big help with three kids. To all the staff at New England Smile Great Job!!! Thank You!

My three year old had his first teeth cleaning at New England smiles recently and I was very nervous because he is shy and often cries at doctors appointments. Little did I know that I had nothing to fear because they are so caring and compassionate at New England Smiles. My child did not shed One tear and was even chatting and laughing with the dental hygienist Nancy. It was the most relaxed dentist visit I've ever had and to top it all off Dr. Brian came in and finished the appointment with a thorough dental check and an impressive balloon animal for my kiddo! I would recommend New England smiles to anyone who like a stress free and fun dental experience for their kiddos and themselves!

Dr. Phan took over our old orthodontist's practice and I love the result. My son got his braces off yesterday and he has "movie star teeth." What I especially appreciate is the attention to my son's whole face, not just his teeth when making a plan.

It can be challenging to find a Dentist for a nervous child, but Dr. Brian Schmid made the experience enjoyable for everyone. He shows extraordinary patience and compassion when working with children regardless of the situation, and thoroughly explains the episode of care with each visit. Its not often that you hear a kid say that he is excited to go to the dentist! Great job to the entire team!

Visiting NES is always a great experience. I started taking my daughter here to see Dr. Brian after having a negative experience with another pediatric dentist. He keeps my daughter engaged and having fun throughout every appointment. This past year she started seeing Dr. Phan as well and have had a great orthodontic experience as well. We also appreciate their ortho reward program, gives my daughter incentive to have good oral hygiene and makes her appointments fun. All of the other office staff have always been kind and friendly! We love everyone at NES!

I took my daughter to New England Smile for an orthodontic consult and everything was great from beginning to end. Options were given for both braces and Invisalign in a clear and informative way by Dr. Phan, who clearly knows his work. I am a practicing dentist in Plymouth. I would, and very often do, recommend Dr. Phan to those who need orthodontic or pediatric care.
