When I tell you this place amazing and you should get your wisdom teeth removal here GO NOW!!! Such an amazing place full of amazing staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. Always answered any questions I had through the phone and kept me updated with my appointment. The doctors and nurses we're all amazing. I felt so nervous about getting this done but once I went in and got ready to get it done they all made me feel so much better. They put on some music for me to relax and just spoke to me with so many nice words to make me feel comfortable. When it was ready to use anesthesia one nurse made me feel so great it was so nice of her. She just spoke to me with so many nice words and told me that I was doing so good. The doctor was also so kind! I felt no pain what so ever. After that it was all done and I was all ready to go! It was the most easiest and fastest proceder ever and I was able to feel calm and chill throughout all it, mind you I am a very anxious person. If you are trying to find a place to get this done and are scared you won't find the right one I promise you this is the perfect place to go to!!! They will not disappoint you what so ever. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much New England Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for taking great care of me, you guys were amazing.

This office is absolutely wonderful! From start to finish I was impressed. They were patient with my energetic five year old, gave detailed education on the process, scheduled his procedure quickly, and treated us with care. As a medical professional myself I would recommend them to any in need, you can tell they truly enjoy caring for children!

From the receptionist when I checked in to the receptionist I checked out with everyone was so helpful & polite! The Doctors aide was amazing! He explained everything to my husband & myself. He answered all questions that my husband asked. I can't say enough about the Surgeon Dr.Tony Kang, he explained what was happening & what needed to be done, gave options & answered all of our questions. I felt very comfortable knowing he was the surgeon I was going to use! Thank You!! I would highly recommend your business to anyone who needs Oral Surgery!

Absolutely wonderful. They were amazing with my very energetic 2 year old. This office goes above and beyond to care for pediatric patients. I am extremely happy I came here for our 2nd opinion. We came in for a consultation on a Friday and tooth extraction the following Monday. Dr Kang was great!

My experience with Dr Beanland and New England Oral Surgery assistants and team was flawless. They were very professional, knowledgeable, kind and meticulously clean office at NEOS. Sayde, Hope & Kiara were amazing. They made me feel comfortable (had my favorite genre of music/artist playing for me too). They made me feel at peace every step of the way. If you need oral surgery, NEOS is the place to go!

I anxiously brought my 9 yo daughter here to be seen for a possible tumor in her upper jaw. I was impressed with the very first interaction on the phone where the staff was so polite and helpful and we were given a soon appointment. At the appointment the staff was great especially Dr. Beanland. He was so kind and patient even going so far as not charging us for an x ray because he knew the cost would be out of pocket for us since she just had one done. Who does that these days?! No one! Thankfully everything turned out fine. I am go greatful for such a positive experience. Thank you!!

Dr. Kang did an exceptional job - he explained everything that he was doing and why. The oral surgery was a success and I look forward to the rest of the process to restore my smile. Everyone in this practice goes out of their way to make people feel comfortable. Have had follop-up work and Dr. Kang and his associates are the best! Very professional and caring!

I recently had a tooth extracted and an implant done by Dr Beanland and his experienced staff. After the Novocaine the whole process was completely painless. Their care and compassion as well as clear instructions for aftercare were wonderful. I recommend their practice wholeheartedly.

All staff members were great. From the initial booking they were responsive, courteous and professional. Even went above and beyond to ensure everything could be completed on the initial visit. Doctor and the staff assisting him were great. Can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. Hopefully I don't need another surgery but when and if I do. This is where I'll be going. Well worth the hour drive from where I live in Connecticut.
