The staff is very friendly and quick at their jobs. I had a couple extractions done and I was out of there in 15 min. They make sure you're comfortable and talk you through everything you need I definitely recommend

I just had my bottom wisdom teeth removed. I am late getting these out at nearly 40yrs old. I had my top wisdom teeth removed 12yrs ago and it was not a great experience. Dr. Vellis was awesome. His assistants did a fabulous job preparing me and making me feel comfortable. I was nervous, but they seemed so competent and knowledgeable, it helped to put me at ease. The IV fluids at the end was perfect to help with hydration. The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend this practice and will make sure friends and family know about them for their future needs. Thank you Dr Vellis and everyone there.

Initially there was miscommunication at checkin. However, everything was resolved. My consultation went well and the next day I had my tooth extracted. Dr. Kang was AWESOME, I felt no pain as the tooth was extracted. However, several hrs later I did feel a lot of pain. Since, I have a high tolerance for pain, tylenol did it's job well. One day later I just have a little pain. I would RECOMMEND your office to future patients. Thank you for a favorable experience!!! Also the nursing/ office staff were Professional and made the experience less stressful

I had such a fantastic experience here getting my wisdom teeth removed (well, as fantastic as getting your wisdom teeth out CAN be)! All of the lovely nurses and staff there are so kind and nice and really make you feel comfortable. I'm pretty nervous when it comes to needles, but they were really great about talking me through everything with the IV and helping me relax (and reminding me to take a deep breath lol)! And the surgeon was really FANTASTIC too, you could tell he was so confident and cared to ask me how I was doing, that made the nerves easier too. Overall I would definitely recommend this office for any oral surgeries you may need!

Dr Beanland did a wonderful job on my implant. He and his staff were professional and comforting throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them to anyone. This was my fifth procedure with this office.

I had a tooth extracted today by Dr. David Beanland and the very professional and caring service I received, from the front office staff to the full team of medical staff and of course Dr. Beanland himself could not have been a more pleasant experience, given what it was. The extraction itself was virtually painless and the attentive staff attendants treated me like I was the only patient in there beautifully renovated very comfortable dental office in Billerica If I need the services of an oral surgeon again, Dr. Beanland will be my only choice. I could not recommend them more highly than I do... An absolute 10 of 10.

Everyone from the doctor and assistants to the office staff are very pleasant and helpful . I see how knowledgeable and efficient the dental assistants are always explaining what they and the Doctor will be doing. This was not my first visit to New England Oral Surgery and I always feel assured of safe and thorough care from Dr. Beanland. He is the best!

If you need your wisdom teeth out go here. I needed mine out since I was 16 and I'm 20 now lol. I'm so scared of the dentist but this place made me feel really claim and safe. The surgery was a blink and the staff were super nice. My only regret is that I didn't go here years ago.
