If I could rate Dr. Liu and his staff 10 stars, I would. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. I went in for an emergency root canal (my first) and during the procedure itself experienced absolutely no pain. The only pain I felt was during the "cold test" when determining which tooth needed to be worked on. This was extremely necessary, however, because both my regular dentist and I thought it was the adjacent tooth that needed a root canal. I can have very bad dental anxiety, and Dr. Liu and his team were extremely reassuring, professional, and quick. My partner and I are planning to move out of New England within the next year, and I would 100% fly back to see Dr. Liu and his team if I need this type of work again.

Dr.Liu's expertise and professionalism are unsurpassed. Beyond his wisdom & skill, his communication and conscientiousness are exceptional. He and his colleagues were personable, gracious, and some of the finest people I've had the pleasure to meet.

Dr Liu is a great specialist. not only is he an experienced expert but he knows how to put his patients at ease. this was the best dental experience I have ever had.

This was the first time getting a root canal. The staff explained the procedure thoroughly so I knew what to expect. Dr. Liu was wonderful.

Dr. Liu and his staff are exceptional! They are friendly, courteous, and could not be more helpful. They did everything in their power to make me comfortable and pain free. Even though it was a root canal. I had an issue with an infection and Dr. Liu was wonderful even assisting me on Christmas weekend! I would definitely recommend this office.

I had an old restoration that was starting to fail and I needed a root canal. I had never had this procedure done on any of my teeth. I can't tell you how wonderful Dr. Lui was! From the moment he came into the operatory he was very personable and so kind. I'm a dental assistant, so I knew what the procedure consisted of, but was still a little nervous. I honestly have to say it was the most comfortable procedure I've ever had. I felt absolutely nothing and I was so relaxed the whole time. The dental assistant, Karen was friendly and helped make me feel comfortable before and during the procedure. Thank you so much Dr. Lui for doing such a great job! I l always tell my patients if they need a root canal, not to worry and reassure them that they are in great hands with you! I never knew a root canal could be so comfortable!! You're the best! My experience was very very good!!! They were all extremely nice and explained every step to me. It did not hurt a bit! Dr. Wu and his staff are top notch in my book!!!

I was in a great deal of pain from a cracked tooth. I called New England Endodontics and when I explained what was going on Dr. Liu got on the phone personally and agreed to see me that same day. I was greatly appreciative and I would highly recommend Dr. Liu for any of your Endodontic needs.

I had an appointment for a root canal at the Methuen office. All the staff were helpful and professional. I was nervous about the procedure as I never had anything like this done before. I was assured it wouldn't be that bad. It was the best dental procedure I've ever had. Dr. Liu did a great job.

I highly recommend New England Endodontic Solutions. I had a root canal. I had heard horror stories. Dr. Liu assured me it would be as easy as a filling. He was right. I was in and out. No pain. No problem. They called me the next day. They are caring professionals.
